Does liberty of the seas have a poolside/outdoor grill?

Nope.

They may offer a buffet near the pool occasionally, but there's no permanent grill.

Nope, but the windjammer is on the same deck and is open nearly all day for the most part. You can get hot dogs and burgers from there.

They had a buffet there a couple of days on our cruise a few months ago, would love to see a grill there

Barely related, but on my last Majesty cruise, they set up a grill by the pool on the last sea day of the 4 day cruises and the food was actually good. I rank it, in my blue collar fashion as one of the best cruise ship meals I've had. :) I hope they do it again.

We've seen them a few times. Nice selection of food. Was on Indi last year and they had some really tasty ribs.
