hi we just booked for seas of harmony 25th Sept but we don't know what to expect we have gone all inc with the direct on the deal they have advertised what do we get for that? we have paid the tips up front as well is that a good idea

Paying your tips upfront is fine. Your cabin attendant, waiters, ass't waiters and head waiter is covered by those tips.

I don't know what "deal" you booked under, or what it includes...your travel agent or the cruise line should provide you a list of inclusions!
