South Beach

Hello! My DH and I will be just in Miami for the day (7-5) arriving at the cruise port and wanting to go South Beach about 9am and back to the cruise port around 3:30pm.

Is a taxi or Uber the best way to go? Any other options? Thank you!!

Uber is your best bet.

After our last visit to South Beach I second BlueHerons recommendation.

We have taken taxis on previous occasions and in January took them between downtown Miami and South Beach and we had two issues. A few days later we took Uber to the port for the very first time and loved it.

If the taxi line is short at POM take a cab instead of waiting for Uber.

Definitely an Uber.

The taxi drivers we have had in Miami have been downright unpleasant.
