Mani/Pedi in Miami

Will be staying in the Hialeah/Miami area between cruises.

Any place for a decent mani/pedi nearby?

Tried searching the boards and mostly come up with Fort Lauderdale recommendations.

There used to be a pedicab place by the river and NW 8th Ave. But I think it's closed or moved. Can't recall the name, but they had red and green buggies.

Why are you staying in Hialeah? Are you fluent in Spanish?

Hialeah is the largest Spanish city that isn't in Spain or any other Spanish Country.
