Then WE ALL say..Have to lose weight in the New Year

It´s been a while since I posted here,

I became a mom and tracking my weight was a no go.

Now I´m getting back on track.

Today it´s 80,8 kg or 178 lbs.

My goal is 145 lbs. So it´s quite a way to go.

I was a bit naughty but my scale was nice, said I'm down 1.2 lbs if it's to be believed.

kasi1979 ~ congratulations on the birth of your child! Always a lot of weight to lose after a pregnancy! I'd like to be 147 & am 162.:(

Tuesday I met a girl in the supermarket & she was looking good. She mentionned she'd lost 45 lbs & when I asked her how, she said "no carbs" then proceeded to point out in my basket what she wasn't eating. I asked her if it was worth it & she oh yes I'm so much healthier. Yeah but I can't imagine no bread, pasta, potatoes, to me that wouldn't be living. How do you all feel?

Anyhow have a good day, probably busy with the countdown to Christmas only 2 weeks away!

Bread is pretty much my heroine - the smell is just so tempting. The worst part: The largest, oldest bakery in Phoenix is 1 block up the road. Every day it's bread, or donuts - you can tell what's baking with 100% certainty!

Managed to lose 1 to get to 193, so heading back in the right direction. Haven't been riding as often as I should, but when I get to work I'm able to do lots of ab crunches and arm curls with stuff laying around here. That added to the work of pulling customers orders helps too.

Hopefully 190 or less by Christmas is doable - we'll see. Good luck all!

I stayed the same. Ok because I lost 3 last week. Haven't been this low in a while. I've lost 10 lbs. since this time last year....

So far, so good this weekend - went down to Tempe Town Lake and walked a bit after dinner Friday night. It's lit well for the holidays:

Today we went riding - after the rain it was a BEAUTIFUL day!

This week I am going to increase my workouts and get more strict with tracking my calories.
