How many formal nights on a 7 day cruise?

I'm pretty sure I've asked this but I searched and couldn't find it.....

How many formal nights are there on a 7 day cruise? Specifically Oasis Western on January 2 :) Also, which nights are they?

Day 2 and Day 6 will be your formal nights.

This is what I have as of right after dry dock:

Mojo, Saffron (Formal), Pimento, Shiitake, Jasmine (formal), Basil, Pomodoro.

It seems the first formal night is really more of a dress up for people than the second being less formal.

I wear my dressier dress on first formal night.

DH usually wears his tux twice and I still wear a nice dress on the second one.

Two formal nights ... BUT for men long pants and a shirt with a collar will work. ;)
