Wrist band for me. I put it on before I get to the port or baggage claim if using a Princess shuttle.

Of course they can. There may be some PVSA fines that need to be taken care of, but they can leave. It's not jail.

Mini suites have a tub/shower in the bathroom. Will this be an issue for you? Try to get an accessible mini suite for a roll in/rollout shower with a bench seat. -
