  1. You could bring some of these or similar.
  2. How did I not notice that we have an actual celebrity on the forum?
  3. Norwegian Joy Joy Speedway Height requirements: Minimum is 55" (1.40m). Maximum is 82" (2.08m) Weight requirements: No minimum weight. Maximum weight is 265lbs (120kgs)
  4. During the time set aside for the double-karts, short people can be passengers while taller people drive.
  5. I don't know if it is appreciated by others but your issues seem to be different than issues that others have had. For example, on one of my bookings, MSC somehow changed my GENDER. Everything else (name, DOB, etc.) was correct but I was listed as a female. It is impossible (for me) to change that one once everything is booked and it took several months for MSC to correct it. I don't know how common it is but I have never seen anyone else on the forum have that issue just as I haven't seen anyone else have your issues....and nobody else has had the issues that "mscdivina2016" has had. 😉 As for middle names, we've never had a problem. On my last cruise, we walked into our stateroom for the first time and found a plate of cookies. What made these cookies unique was that my kids' first and middle names were written in chocolate sauce on the plate. The parents had champagne flutes to go with the extra bottle that was actual champagne instead of the standard sparkling wine bottle that was on the table. My point is that your "middle name issue" with MSC is the complete opposite of my middle name experience. The log-in and check-in issues that you have had to go through are relatable since they are nearly as frustrating my "gender issue" so you can count me in as someone who understands. As is the case with many MSC guests, my experiences on the ships are 1000x better than what happens with the website.
  6. There has never been a charge for us. We always have a drink package but even if we didn't, I doubt that a pitcher of Sierra Mist...Starry...Sprite (whatever) would have a charge. 🥤
  7. A daily charge is added (per person) to your onboard account. The amount can vary by age.
  8. How do you know IF the bartender would have been fired?
  9. See my post above. It is unknown if a NCL employee gave alcohol to the boy who was assaulted but if anything serious had happened to the 15 year-old daughter, then people would ask "...why didn't someone report him...?".
  10. An intoxicated 15 year-old boy was sexually assaulted by another male guest on a NCL ship. Even if the NCL employee didn't plan to assault your daughter, the act of giving a 15 year-old alcohol is a very serious matter.
  11. Technically, drinks are not included with a Haven booking. You do have the option of taking the promo that covers most drinks (up to $15) anywhere on the ship. You would pay the service charge of a little over $21 per day if you take that promo. You can choose the amount that you tip the butler and concierge if you choose to tip them. You can also (controversial topic) adjust the $25 daily charge how you see fit.
  12. When doing that, some NCL Haven suites such as the aft-facing ones would also have to be called the same as the MSC Duplex lower bathroom. Another distinction could be made if a bathroom has a separate tub and shower in the same bathroom. For example, in the aft-facing Haven suites for the BA/BA Plus ships, 2 people can shower while a 3rd person takes a bath. In the MSC Duplex, only 2 people can shower or 1 person can shower while the other takes a bath....unless someone wants to take a bath in the hot-tub on the balcony. I now understand what you mean and why you use the term but it can be confusing for others who might believe that everyone in the suite has to go upstairs in order to shower. For people in other staterooms that only have a shower, I wouldn't say that they only have a half-bathroom.
  13. The Duplex Suites have 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs has a shower, toilet, and sink while upstairs has a tub/shower, toilet, and sink.
  14. I see San Benedetto water in some photos of mine but I know nothing about the source or the manufacturing process.
  15. Based on reports, the whale was about 44ft long. Just based on length and to put it into perspective, it would take 24 of them lined up end to end in order to be longer than Meraviglia.
