Good morning. It is overcast here and 13°C and forecast to get up to 20°C later. A day in the garden and summer house planned. I hope you are feeling better this morning Sue @P&O SUE as well as everyone else. Hopefully we all have a nice day.

There are 2 cruise ferries operating the overnight sailing from Newcastle to Amsterdam.(Ijmuiden) 1 leave's Amsterdam (Ijmuiden) and another leaves Newcastle at the same time. It is a 15 hour sailing. They run every day. There are shuttles from Ijmuiden to Amsterdam taking about 30 minutes. From Newcastle I believe the shuttle takes people to the city centre although there is a retail outlet called Royal Quays about 1000 metres from Tyne dock North Shields (Newcastle) cruise terminal.
