Question for traveling companion... she is being dropped off early at 9 am. Her checkin is 10.30 on oasis at cape liberty. Can she check her luggage at 9 and just wait outside terminal? Are their seating areas or safe areas to wait? Or would she be better off being dropped at a Duncan donuts or similar nearby and taking uber to the port closer to check in time? Thanks.

We booked this tour but now I am concerned if arthritis flares up will we be able to opt out of the walk part and go to the beach area? Will we still be able to return on the same shuttle. I have seen recently that you are assigned a return time. Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you.

Neither of our numbers get accepted. Called twice, all cruises in record and number active, but website doesnt take it for us or agents site. They keep saying wait 10 days and it will get updated. Doesn't happen

First time out of Bayonne. We will be dropped off at the port (we will have baggage to check). When entering the port is there a separate line for this apart from the parking line? Second question is about Dining. We were signed up for Anytime dining but read most days you can't get a reservation till after 7:30 pm and early dining can be closed upon embarkation. I just switched us to 5:30 which is a bit early as we usually like 6:15 or 6:30. What is everyone's experience with dining reservations? Also can we choose Early dining for me and My time for spouse and if we can reserve early upon embarking switch mine? Thank you.

If you take the hop on bus you can go to the viewpoint and also the outdoor museum which is also a great stop. Check it out on line. There is also a local bus to the museum. If you email them they tell you which one, etc.

I faxed mine in weeks ago, got a canned response saying long wait time but should hear back 1 week prior to sailing. Depart June 10 so am hopeful.

I emailed the port and there are ATM's right at the port if cash needed for tour operator tips. I also checked it out on Google Maps and there should be more than enough time to exchange some money before I meet up with the tour. Another thing I found is a site called Viking House which for around 20.00 USD pp you can do a virtual reality show on vikings. Lasts about 15 minutes. Not super hi tech but sounds like a fun thing to do if time permits and it is in the buildings right by where the ship docks.
