Only problem is that Greg keeps his cruises "top secret" nowadays, so unless you're clairvoyant you'd never know what ship and when...

I suppose that they consider the spa inside a higher category than an ocean view... I was booked in a regular inside on deck 10 recently, and they sent me offers to "upgrade" to an ocean view, but in my mind that was a "downgrade" to me, due to the deck 1 location... If I were you I'd just be happy with the spa inside unless you can score a balcony for a decent price.

It's awesome to re-live the entire thing all over again, now that I'm home and deep back into reality over at the 'ol salt mine...

I would really like to be able to make a living writing, but it's a tough business to make money in. I also dabble in painting, but also don't make anything doing that either. You've heard the term "starving artist" before I assume. Even if it could just be side income, I'd be satisfied, and not feel like I'm just spinning my wheels doing these things for nothing...

Likely scenario is doing a "small live" and spending 90% of my time "on vacation" instead of typing and uploading pictures... I've been doing these things since 2017, and realized that I spent God knows how many thousands of dollars, then spent most of my time doing the "review"... This next one coming up on the Horizon in May is going to mostly be "just for me"...

Now, if only you can get professor cruise to their dirty paws off of them...

This is awesome Greg... Just busting on the scene one day prior to the cruise, rather than trying to fill up an entire week with content before you set sail... When I was cancelled on the Jubilee over a year ago, I wish that I would've rebooked, but Carnival pricing is out of control right now... Glad to see you branching out to other lines, and I think you'll love the Encore wayyy more than the older NCL ship you cruised to Alaska...

Or, you could just skip that part and wait for the ship pictures and commentary... Or better yet, go and read something else...

I wouldn't stay in the room directly under the Manor, even if it was free...

I wish I would've gotten to try some of the food there, but the kitchen didn't open until I had to start making my way back towards the ship. I would definitely like to return here sometime...
