The jacket and pants were from LL Bean. The long undies from Lands End. The boots were Ariats from tractor supply.

When we were in Ketchikan it was a cold steady rain all day. I had a 3 in 1 jacket, hiking boots and waterproof pants over my jeans. I also had long underwear on. We spent the day at one of the totem pole parks and all day I stayed dry and warm. The jacket could be a rain coat or a warm jacket or both. The boots had been sprayed with water proof spray and the pants fit well over my pants. I would have been miserable if I had gotten wet or cold.

Day one and so far so good. I was gone most of the day at the refuge so I missed the noise and mess.

Well that was stressful. My laptop decided to update to Windows 11 this morning and lost all my documents since 2019. Sigh. I have a backup utility but it was not easy nor was it quick. I really dislike technology right now. An adult beverage is needed now.

I love this fridge. Although it is a Samsung and has the ice maker problem. I really like the middle drawer and use it a lot for lunch meats and cheeses.

There is always Florida.

I remember that freeze. I was worried about my friends who lived across the street from us before we moved. Their generator saved their pipes and kept the well pumping. They were so happy to have that generator.

Monday the kitchen work will begin. Should be finished in a month. Goodbye half the wall.

Our coldest day will be Tuesday. 41 daytime, 18 at night. We have the pipes already prepared.

They actually "fly" in the water.

I still think she needs to spread her talent to the Princess and Virgin forums. Maybe Bee is using AI to write the poems. Lol

That sounds wonderful.

Oh my now I have the oompa loompa song stuck in my head. Sigh

Unless I was having a nail emergency there is no way I would get a mani\pedi on a ship. If I did they would get the information that I was in perfect health with no medical information to give. I get a manicure every other week and a pedi every month and have never been asked for anything other then payment.

That is great. It is scary when you know something is off with them and it always happens when the regular vet is closed. Give her an extra hug for me.

Whew feels so much better when you see them acting like themselves.

We have a Samsung refrigerator, a kitchen aid dishwasher, a hot point freezer, an LG basic refrigerator and on big tv is a Sony. So far we are happy with them, although the Samsung did have the no ice problem. It needed some part.

Thank you this helps a lot. Do you know which of the three coves of Chill Island have good snorkeling or do all three?

Hopefully that doesn't happen. No complications needed. You need to be ready for next Christmas. I love how you decorate.

That su___ks. You need sleep for your knee to heal. Is there any possibility to get in earlier b for the hernia?

Do you know if they check your age to self guide snorkel? The snorkel tour mentions the age range is 4-65 no exceptions so I am hesitating to book. I don't feel that old sigh.
