I agree about the service, it was excellent. I just didn’t like the recipes. The veal was excellent but it was a pretty boring presentation. We each have different preferences and a single meal on a cruise ship is not a deal breaker for me
He almost let slip his target but checked his words. I think they are trying for just under 4%. They will be lucky if that works in light of our current energy policy. Interest rate and monetary policy can only do so much.
The rate of Covid on ships is lower than in your neighborhood but this is all about perceptions. This person is scared and she should be aware she will be sailing with people who take a totally different view of this situation, I do. I will comply with a business’s demands if I want to use their services but I will only just comply. She is not going to be comfortable near me. She is going to be anxious and that won’t be a fun vacation. Next year will be better for her
They will take your photo, don’t stress about it
i don’t think someone thought this through. How can you use a photo taken away from security and call it a security photo. Goofy
If you go to your invoice/confirmation, scroll down near the bottom it lists all of your perks. This is not necessarily on the app. Check your original email you received when you booked
That is what I look for in a cruise shoe, dual purpose. Many places visited while on shore require a nice looking shoe anyway. I am not walking into an Italian church without looking presentable but comfort is necessary to get there
I don’t think you should cruise to Alaska this July. You said you are scared of Covid, I think you should find some more relaxing way to enjoy your anniversary. I fear you will spend your entire time nervous and anxious. You are going to be surrounded by people of a different mind and that might upset you. How about a nice condo in the mountains with a hot tub with a mountain view. There you act like newlyweds and have complete control of your environment
I didn’t like the Canaletto either. It was the one specialty restaurant we did not like, I won’t book that again. It was part of my package. Sorry you had a bad vacation.
Veering away from cruising for a moment: some jobs or at some points in people’s career in a job collaboration is very important. I had one of those head hurting jobs at one time. As to why it matters in travel is there are so many new hires who don’t know the minutiae which can make leisure travel work for the customer. This forum is a testament to the vast knowledge which is hidden in the corners of people’s minds only learned from experience
On my upcoming cruise I am only taking my tennis shoes and my Clark’s. I will have the cruise line keep the Clark’s polished so they are presentable for the dining room. I wear slacks or long skirts for dressier occasions so if the leather is polished it is presentable. I wear short casual skirts otherwise and either shoe would be fine with those. (I don’t wear tennis shoes in the dining room)
my Clark’s are leather and can hold up to the cobblestones of Europe. My tennis shoes are for exercise and outdoor hiking.
You can visit Rogers web page and see what they charge for international roaming. At sea you will not have cellular service. There are no antennas out there
