Just a quick coffee question: if there is a Starbucks ‘kiosk’ on board a ship (like Adventure). It would say it on the deck plans right? Getting the drink package and I so enjoy getting coffee in the morning at cafe promenade, then sitting outside watching the sea go by…. Not a fan of Starbucks…. But NOT A FAN of the free coffee up in the Windjammer. 😉

Looking forward to seeing a movie or two when we’re on board Adventure this December. Does Adventure just have the big screen on the top deck or do they have a movie in the theater too?

I’m curious as to where the menus are on the app. I didn’t see anything when looking on the app. Any suggestions of where to look in the app would be appreciated

I remember getting a great upgrade… went from an inside to a balcony! And we could see the bridge from our balcony. We would see the captain and wave. The cool thing he would recognize us when he was out and about and always stop and visit! That was cool.

I’ve given locally made gifts along with the tip. Every time I’ve done that they really appreciated it. I think anything given as an extra gift is appreciated

I really enjoy having the good coffee in the morning. DH and I often sit out on the promenade and have several coffees. Then fresh juice and bottled water whenever we want- super nice when going ashore.

I linked our reservation to my sister in law’s reservation. It worked really well because her cell phone couldn’t download the app. So check in, the safety video were all easier to take care of. We had our excursions together and that was nice too hope that helps Gabby

My sister in law is traveling with us. I helped book her cruise, Royal helped to link our reservations. And then they put the 4 of us together for dining. So if you have the time I’d call and check if they can seat you together

I have a question about setting up the account: WHERE does one go to set up VOOM? To login in, set pin? thanks for any information

I plan on watching it before we board… here is a new question: where does the video show up on the app? D4: thank you for the information about watching it on the tv in the state room! Might have my sister in law do that if we can’t get their video to work

I haven’t cruised since 2019, and I know things have changed for boarding. I have a few questions to help ease my mind. I know that I saw in the Royal App that there is a health check the day before departure- what will be asked? General questions about health? Any information is appreciated I know there is a video to watch the muster drill information. Does that appear in the app? If DH watches the video with me how do we check off that he viewed it? my sister in law will be cruising for the first time with us. Can she and her DH watch with us? Or do they need to do their own? Their booking is linked with ours (that’s why I ask). when boarding the ship, we report to our muster station for a final check off? As I said, we haven’t cruised for sometime and I know a lot changed for check in. And when DH asks me questions- which he will, I want to sound like I know what I’m talking about 😉 thank you for any help! Gabrielle

I haven’t been to the ABC islands since 2019. I’m guessing many people are like me and haven’t been cruising. If you give an idea what you’re looking for perhaps some of us have a suggestion I have gone to Trip Advisor and found some ideas. Wish I could help more.

My DH and I have done many NYE cruises. We enjoy the balloon drop. Generally a nice meal in the dining room prime rib and lobster tend to be on the menu. Different lounges will have music to suit everyone’s taste Generally free champagne at the balloon drop
