Oh I get what you’re saying… I can’t argue with her stubbornness so…. Any information on what is going on with how muster drills are now run?

This is what I noticed on my cruises for deck space: on Radiance ships (We go on Jewel in December. Think Serenade, Grandeur). DH and I tend to go on the upper decks to sit and relax on Navigator we found quieter spots on the upper decks away from the main pool. “chair hogs” tend to be around the pools, so for more space we go to the upper levels. can’t help on the Oasis ships, we haven’t been on them. Too many kids for us. 😉 hope that is what you’re looking for. Gabrielle

OK. I NEED HELP! We haven’t cruised since 2019….. so what is going on with the Muster Drill? my DH and I have his sister and her husband with us- both have never cruised before. Sister in law REFUSES to get the app on her phone 🙄. What can I do for her and the muster drill? DH CC and I will use my app. THANK YOU for any help and answers! 😊

My DH and I stayed in Cape Canaveral for two months last winter. IF you are on Royal or Carnival it is a very easy walk to the Wizard Of Oz Museum. We found the sidewalks were fine. Jetty Park is close to the cruise terminals for Royal or Carnival. If you ARE NOT a walker then I’d suggest public transportation or Uber

I’ve been to Trinidad-Tobago in 2019. (We we’re on a Princess ship DH and I did a cruise tour and felt good taking a cruise tour. It was a great tour to the waterfall ). I felt good about taking a ships tour. DH and I went for a walk around the port area. We felt safe, but stuck to well traveled areas. I was pleasantly surprised with Trinidad

I agree with Rich. Quite a few places to walk to. I really enjoyed Kelly’s Landing. Depending how far you’re willing to walk I like Waxey’s Irish Pub (it’s cross the street from Embassy Suites). Duffys is in the harbor shops area. Some good places to eat at the harbor shops. For DH and I we don’t mind the walk

Does anyone know if the deluxe drink package applies to Labadee? I know (last time at Coco) Coco Cay the drink package applied. Thanks!

LUCKY YOU!!! We really fell in love with this area last year. People are friendly and we just liked the feel of this area.

That is one of the things that drew us to PC! since we had spent 2 months there last winter DH and I both agreed that this was one of our favorite ports because you cold be so close to the ships. 🙂

One thing that is really neat about Royal ships is that they often have the bow of the boat open so passengers can walk out to the bow. One of our cruises they had to airlift a passenger from Coco Cay..... the helicopter landed on the dock- NOT the ship, but it makes sense why a pad is there. We have been on other Radiance class ships- we really have enjoyed them because of all the glass. Jewel was one I always wanted to go on because of the very high reviews. DH and I are platinum on Princess and on Royal. We like both lines I generally pick for itinerary, ship, price and port.

THANKS!! we know the area pretty well since we spent 2 months last winter there. We knew we liked the port. And wondered how nice T1 was. Good to know about dropping off luggage and go and park.

My DH and I are going on the Jewel in December. First cruise 2019! Any information that you can give me about the Jewel is greatly appreciated. Any information on what to expect in port (cape Canaveral) is appreciated. Yes, to vaccinated & boosted. We’ve been to Cape Canaveral many times…. Just never been on a cruise from there 😉
