Started with Royal Caribbean, Freedom of the Seas in 2014.... because that's what my friend had booked. Stuck with it because I liked it (almost up to Diamond Plus now, hah) I did end up trying a Carnival sailing once, and went right back to RC

89 days! Final payment was due Sunday :O

TODAY! In fact, I just boarded Radiance of the Seas here in Vancouver!!

Is Fortress honestly not walkable? I'm planning on the Raptor Center and wanna see the bears too. Uber/Taxi it is, I guess. For reference, I walked from the port to Adastra Gardens when in Nassau. 5ish miles round trip no problem

We fly out Wednesday and the ship leaves friday!

11 night / 12 day...so far? We keep looking at the transatlantics and other +14s but haven't done it, yet.

My first cruise was 2014? 7 Day on Freedom of the Seas on a fully interior room. I didn't really care about the room type, I just wanted to go and visit new place. I've since done windows, interior window (Promenade View), Balcony, interior Balcony (RC Central Park), aft balcony, and I've got my first suite booked for September.

Go out to the fake shipwreck, you'll see fish. Last time I was there (October) there were a lot hanging by the reef although there were *a ton* of jellyfish, everywhere. Also saw 3 rays, and one single shark. There is/was a plane crash reef as well but on my last visit it was off limits (out of the swim range, despite being labeled on the maps) we'll be back there next week so hopefully I can make my way out to it.

Eight days

I went in 2020 right before everything went crazy. Birds everywhere! Saw the monkeys, even had them climb across us, and there was one single sloth seen. And while I did not bring any swim stuff myself, the beach area at the end of the tour was really pretty.
