    Good morning. I hope everyone is ok. It is 13°C and sunny here after a humid night. It got up to 26°C yesterday. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

    Thank you Vanessa. The musculoskeletal doctor said 1 low dose 200mg ibuprofen only when pain was really bad would be okay. I used to take 400mg ibuprofen 3 times a day before my heart attack for arthritis flare ups.

    Thank you Jane. I'm sorry you have covid. In the UK we are left to self medicate and people can freely go to work with covid and we didn't have the benefit of Paxlovid.

    Thank you Vanessa @JazzyV I'm sorry you are in pain so please don't forget your RA medication. While we were poorly I shouldn't have because of my heart medication but I took low dose Ibuprofen/paracetamol and my Osteoarthritis felt a lot better. Graham.

    I remember the Midnight Sun on our voyage. It was weird it still being light well after midnight. We have sailed several times on Voyager of the seas. Our first Royal Caribbean sailing was on Voyager of the seas in September 2006 sailing from Barcelona. Rome. Ville France. Naples. Livorno. Returning to Barcelona.

    The cans of water on Iona were difficult to drink from with the resealers on them. I usually get an extra big bottle of Sparkling water from Sindhu and Epicurean after dinner and take it back to our cabin.

    Thank you Bob. My McCafe was in a drinks holder and my cheesy bacon flatbread was on my knee. Next time I go to the beach I will put the coffee on a non slip mat on the cars dashboard and photo it.

    We sailed on RCL Serenade of the seas in May 2015 from Copenhagen visiting. Stockholm. Tallinn. St Petersburg. Helsinki. Returning to Copenhagen. We sat on our balcony for hours sailing up the Archipelago into Stockholm and also on the return out of Stockholm.

    Good morning. It is sunny and 62°F here at 11.23am. 3 good days and quote. Nice food. We have been to Napoleon's birthplace Ajaccio on a couple of occasions. I hope everyone has a pain free day.
