we tried Equinox this past April and were not impressed. Service in MDR was super slow, seems like not enough staff. There was no feeling of being on a premium cruiseline. We won't go back. We're trying NCL next March.

thank you, I corrected the spreadsheet. It simply calculates exactly 10 weeks from the prior date, it doesn't know what day a ship sails. So occasional corrections are needed and greatly appreciated!

with the restart, the rotations got mixed up. What I'm going to do is put Capt Iv on until July 9 and assume he may have gone home on July 9th. This puts Capt Ban on now until Sept 17, if Capt Iv went home on the 9th. If he didn't go home, that moves everything ahead even more. If Capt Iv did go home on July 9, and if they are doing 10 week rotations, then you won't have Capt Ban, it should be Capt Iv back in October.

not quite correct. Capt Johan Grohaug has been an RCI master for a long long time. I had him on Radiance in 2010. I had Capt Nazar the beginning of March 2022. Capt Jim is a very personable hockey loving master. Capt Johan was stiff even back in 2010.

It's usually 10 weeks on 10 weeks off, however the 2 captains can work something out themselves. For instance Capt Faevelen likes 11/12 week rotations. It can be as short as 8 weeks but no longer than 14 weeks. Covid messed that up royally.
