No to all your questions. Suites do not get a free drink package, just free drinks during Happy Hour in the Suite Lounge (Grand Suite and up). As for Voom, also a no, the class of suites on Oasis and Quantum aren't on Voyager class

you're doing 2-7 night cruises that happen to be consecutive. Royal doesn't consider you a 14 night cruiser. So like SilkySal says, you won't need to test unless the foreign country requires it (like Bermuda). Royal will not test you

Canada dropped their testing requirements and I think Bermuda did too (still have to pay the $40 entrance fee) but what about the ports the Panama Canal cruise stops at? What does Columbia require? Panama?
