  1. Hope that put your mind at ease and you like your assignment!
  2. Just remember there are 6000+ people sailing every week & you’re seeing how many comments? The other 99% aren’t going to bother posting “my cabin felt fine” (except in this thread since you asked). I wouldn’t sweat it. (see what I did there?) I’ll be on wonder in less than 3 weeks and again next March & I’m not worried. FYI, if your cabin is warm, tell maintenance. They can try things like replacing your a/c filter.
  3. I got C&A points for one last year. The only “catch” of which I’m aware is that only a TA can access them.
  4. I haven’t been there in forever. I thought I had read the food improved/expanded & was looking at a couple itineraries that stopped at both islands. Then I watched a short video of the food at Labadee & abandoned that idea. 🤣
  5. If they were sold out you would see the option with the "sold out" icon. They are not available for my March cruise yet and I'm guessing that's the case for your February cruise as well.
  6. Cococay, they have way more delicious food options (and way more stuff in general but I tend focus on food when I cruise, lol).
  7. Agreed. From what I've gathered, he's been on a few cruises. 😁
  8. That would solve your problem. I would call RC and ask about it. As I originally mentioned, I'm not familiar with the The Key other than knowing what it is in a general sense. I just pasted what my cruise planner said.
  9. The new ship that's likely to be very similar to Wonder? Sure. Otherwise, yes, they will book short trips or a 3/4 B2B (as you suggested) if Utopia is that important to them. It won't matter to Royal, both ships will be full and this gets more guests to Cococay... a cash cow for them.
  10. Don't confuse boarding times with check-in times; that's why I mentioned that earlier. If they enforce the check-in times (which they may or may not do), you can't board when they call for Key/Suite guests at say 10:45 if they don't let you check-in and enter the terminal until 11:30 or 12:30. I just looked at The Key for my cruise next March and the wording is... What's Included Priority access into the terminal (within booked arrival time) on Day 1. I read that as saying you have to show up at your assigned check-in time, but then you get to go through the special Key line which speeds things up. Please don't shoot the messenger. I'm not encouraging anyone to show up well before their assigned time, but plenty do, and often go right through. However, someone in this thread said that they were on Wonder recently and check-in times were being enforced. I hope I'm wrong. I would try to get some clarification on when you are technically allowed to check-in. After that, you can decide how to proceed.
  11. Suite guests actually do have a check-in time, but you are allowed to check-in one hour earlier than your assigned time. I'm not familiar with The Key details. I know what you meant obviously, but for clarity's sake, it's a check-in time, not a boarding time.
  12. Good to know! So much for ME giving YOU a tip about eating there. 🤣
  13. Well said. I made a very similar post recently, either here or another popular blog site. I'm as excited about my cruise in 20 days as I have been for any other cruise.
  14. Full disclosure, I haven't sailed Oasis class since last May (there was no line at all for Indy in July or October but that's not a fair comparison). Hopefully someone will chime in with a recent Wonder experience, but when we had a GS last May on Harmony, we were there slightly before 10:00 and the line wasn't bad at all (and it would have moved quicker if not for the covid test checking which obviously no longer exists). The best way to put it... we got into the terminal in plenty of time to sit there waiting for boarding to begin. I haven't had passes since pre-covid but live very close to Disney. Arriving early at PC to board a cruise when you have a suite is NOT like Disney, IMO. Funny/helpful Disney story if you still go... One of our favorite restaurants is Art Smith's Homecoming at Disney Springs (it's actually quite similar to Mason Jar if you're not familiar). On the day reservations opened for Valentine's Day (also my wife's bday, lucky me), I tried to get through on the app with no luck. In the past, we've just walked up so we decided to just try that again. We got there early, like 4:45-5:00 expecting a long wait... and they offered to seat us immediately, lol. We didn't want dinner that early so we walked around, got some cookies at Gideon's for later, came back an hour or so later and waited 5 minutes to be seated. It likely varies by restaurant, but clearly they don't come close to actually filling the restaurants with reservations, at least at Homecoming.
  15. Yes, but you can only purchase this combo by calling. It's not an option in the cruise planner.
  16. 9:30 is OK, just don't arrive too much earlier b/c you need the previous Wonder passengers to leave to open up parking spots. The good news is you pay as you enter the garage at PC so leaving moves smoothly. I'm sure we've gotten there at 9:45 before. (I just realized I assumed you were driving which may not be the case. If it's not, ignore this part, lol.) I was going to add this to my original post but saw you responded so I'll add it here... Since you mentioned going to WJ on your last cruise, don't forget you can try to eat at a specialty restaurant for embarkation day lunch. I'm a WJ fan but you did buy the UDP for a reason. 🙂 We don't do a ton of specialty dining but we're personally looking forward to the Mason Jar brunch, which tends to fill up quickly, so perhaps that would be an option. It's mostly full for the 2 sea days of my June 4th cruise but there are still openings on embarkation day.
  17. Caveat: I've never had the UDP but food & drink is also my favorite part of cruising. I would head straight for wherever is closest/quickest to book once onboard. No need to wait outside the port for 30-60 minutes. We always get to PC around 10:00 for a 10:30 check-in time and are inside the terminal and waiting for boarding to commence very quickly, even back when you had to present a covid test result (no Key, no suite, we're Diamond but that doesn't mean much). We're also onboard not that far behind the groups ahead of us so you should be able to board pretty quickly. Hope you get to eat everywhere you want! From what I've read, just be prepared with a list/tentative plan and you may have to be a bit flexible with your times.
  18. We'll be docking in Crown Bay on Wonder OTS in March and I'm planning a catamaran excursion that leaves from Havensite. TIA!
  19. My bad, I always leave those out and consider them just as big as Oasis class even though I know they're smaller. Probably b/c I've never been on one.
  20. As mentioned above, no reservations below Oasis class. And FWIW, that 1st of the month thing isn't true for Oasis class. It's far more random. Booking for my June 4th Wonder cruise opened 30 days out, not on May 1st. Other June cruises had theirs open much sooner.
  21. My bad. Thanks for the update. I've never tried to switch.
  22. We missed Roatan on Harmony of the Seas in June 2019 due to high winds. Really put a damper on the cruise as we had never been there and had a private tour set up that we were really looking forward to... but what can ya do?
