I purchased FTTF awhile ago. I turn Platinum on the 11th day of my 11 day cruise in May from NY. I've read and asked before and was told I won't need the FTTF as I should be Platinum from day 1. Before I cancel the FTTF I wanted to check again so I asked my PVP while I was emailing her about another question. --------------------------- Can you confirm I become Platinum on this cruise please? I bought FTTF awhile ago and don't think I need it anymore If I am becoming Platinum. You need 11 days to reach the next level. The cruise is 11 days. You will not be Platinum until you return. I questioned her (Thank You, I thought if we turned the next level on any day of the cruise it started from the first day.) and this we her second response. Yes. But you are debarking on the 11th day. I just checked with a Supervisor and she said you will get a Platinum card on that cruise, but the perks will not take effect until the next cruise. Does this make sense,??

All you can do is call, be honest and ask them to check with a supervisor. I've done it before and had them switch with no cost and then charge me when I did it again.

Don't tell my wife please, She brings our sheets & pillow cases from home. Cabin Stewards always comment how good it smells in the cabin. 😄 I would say yes!

My guess they were purchased through E-Trade, Schwab, Robin Hood or a similar online company. Check his emails for statements or correspondence! Good luck!

If it doesn't show but other restaurants do, is it sold out? I just went to book on the Venezia for May and not on the list, the steakhouse, Italian, Chefs Table and Dr Suess are.

I haven't done this excursion but did a lot of "bottom" fishing. I would go for it, I am sure you will catch a few! I wouldn't expect any Marlin/sailfish etc, but a nice variety of local fish. If eating some is allowed on the boat I would definitely do it!

Are the cabins smaller as you go up? Looks to be a sofa on 6? and we stayed on 7 multiple times on the Vista and Horizon and no sofa but looked to be one in 6501 on the Venezia. Thanks.

We are doing a 2nd cruise on Venezia, 11 day in a few months, this is to get to Platinum. After that it is nothing but Havana Area on the Vista/Horizon for us + Alaska ships We did have another 11 day booked on the Venezia for later this year but switched it for the 8 Day Havana area.

My wife bring our own sheets & pillow cases, Steward always says great idea and they (and us) love the smell of Downy most of the week!

If your carry on is small, Stop have lunch, go have a cocktail, head to your cabin, it'll be around 1:30!

September we did a Cabana for the group, this time it is just my wife & I. Looking for a quiet day with maybe an excursion. Mid to late morning got quite busy on the beach out in front of the Cabana as we were down next to the last/far one. People coming up on the Cabana to help them selves, I turned into a traffic cop in a nice way. Looking to relax a bit more away from the crowds. Thanks for your thoughts.

Been through there many times on my way to JFK and other meetings in and around NYC as well as travelled around every major city in the world on there "public" Transporation. Basically it is treat others as you want to be treated. Don't be ignorant!
