FTTF was made first as something to sell, and then added to the loyalty program. Everybody values things differently, my view would be the free laundry as number one, if we are talking the entire program, the Diamond event (mainly luncheons now), but used to events with the senior staff (which we truly enjoyed) until Covid and the numbers grew out of control.

We have sailed twice, the first time we just boarded. The 2nd time we were there, but literally 10 minutes. We are Diamond and also were in a OS. -

Who cares who offered it, who cares who pays for it (the Casino Operation, but I digress). How is any of it disingenuous? They have a perk, they remove a perk. If they want, they can yank all the perks, nothing disingenuous about any of it. Their ball game, their ball, their perks. Hence the huh.
