We have had 30 cruises and managed a table for 2 26 times all first sitting . We have managed to be socialable with our close tables for 2 and have had just as many laughs as the bigger tables .So hope we weren't one of the miserable as sin people .

We enjoy aurora the best but gave iona a go last October and now just booked today for same cruise this year.Enjoyed her even under the covid restrictions. So gone back to see how it this yearv

Just had a look on p and o site and it's called Dixons Travel .Trialled on Ventura 2017 and was supposed to be on Britannia from 2019

No Dixons as you know it don't exist but they were called dixons but didn't use their logo or advertise as the old Dixions

Thanks Brian. Done 30 cruises and always feel guilty coming through customs, although never gone over any limits .Only stopped once but didn't even open suitcase to check just told them nothing to declare

3 years go on Ventura there was a Dixons shop in the photo area selling cameras and ipad/Samsung items do they still exist on any ships ?

Looked at your link other goods upto £390 Is that allowance per person.I.e. if you had a total of say £400 obc each are you able to use it for other goods .

I had a similar problem although I moved my two cruises for this year to 23/24 but now my coltis is now covered I had to declare that my heart rate was high and waiting for ecocardigram to see if there was anything wrong .They rang the underwriters and suspended my yearly cover till I got results supposed to refund me £3.61 .I have now informed them of no further investigation required from results and charged me £28 extra for the colitis cover which I guess is fair enough Now looking to book again but you are always wondering if you needed them would they try and get out of paying up .

Yes but this is not the same as the iona trial as there was no testing involved as I saw it

Noticed price reductions on a particular cruise in October 22 Saver price reduced another £600 now £1100 cheaper then the balcony price for select . So with £660 obc plus parking say £140 making £800 so it costs £300 to choose cabin - previous saver price was only £500 cheaper .Why they don't just reduce the select price £300 and they may get more takers .Now that the testing has been slightly changed people might be more prone to book if the select price was more competitive any thoughts

Never had the chance to cruise with our boy when he was young but would gave had him with us in the MDR dressed smart and would have loved it

Were all these people tested on declaration of symptoms or were they put into isolation incase of developing covid ?

I have just checked the green house cucumbers needed more water doing well but tomatoes look as if they have had it 115 degrees

Re looking at the uptodate policy it does say 2nd test for 5_11 year olds done at terminal .May be P and O are covering themselves for the adults who may think they still had the drive through facilities in place or testing at terminal .Hope someone with children can comment for you to confirm

I am as confused as you are hope someone can help .I guess she has not had vaccination so the p and o states 2 tests as you say one today and one at terminal tomorrow if not vaccinated, but text seems to imply no facilities for testing. Hope someone can help .

Went into the gov site to read up on the latest as I have one at the moment noticed it talked about applying for a temporary PRC if you couldn't produce yours .Would that not help in your Aunts case ? Other people can apply on behalf of other person don't know if that helps don't know myself if I'm talking rubbish !
