  1. Sorry. I was not able open it on my phone but can read it from desktop. It is not clear if we would get money back if it's the illness or dead of family member not going on the cruise. .
  2. I booked over a year ahead for two B2B. We have learned of a family members health could make us have to cancel one or both trips, so I am trying to find information on the insurance that we could get our money back. Thank you for any information.

  5. Usually on first sea day (and other days), the spa does a Pampering Party. If you attend, they gave really good discounts when you sign up right then.
  6. We live an hour from Port Nola. We drive into New Orleans and like to check in/ board ship at the 12:30-1:00. No waiting around and hardly any time in line. By the time we get on board and do muster and grab first drink, our room is ready and we can drop off bags and pick up SS cards.
  7. The very first time I cruised, I prebooked a massage for myself and husband and paid in full. Once on board we received our massages, but were charged again. This was not acceptable as we had already paid for the service. We had to go Guest Services, who at first said it would take up to 10 days to have the credit returned. That was also unacceptable, I bought out my receipt that showed they were paid in full and asked to speak to someone higher up. The charge was taken off our SS account. But having to stand in line and deal with this problem is not why I prepaid We no longer prepay and find very nice deals once on board.
  8. We are going to be in same situation of turning Platinum on second leg of B2B. Will we get to use priority boarding when getting on ship for first leg? If so does that mean we can show up anytime or still in our check in window?
  9. We are booked in 12018 spa cabin on Breeze. It's a square interior room. I am excited to have spa passes on Breeze as we loved the spa on Dream. Anyone know any differences of spa on Dream and Breeze?

  13. I remember the McDonald's case being in the news when I was in high school. I do not buy coffee from McDonald's to this day! I cruise as often as I can. No one falls off a cruise ship unless doing something stupid.

  16. Is cruise cash on a separate card than your SS card?
  17. 1. If I have Cheers that starts on day two, but want to buy a bottle of wine on day 1 do I still get the 25% discount? 2. If I have Cruising the Vineyards, can I get bottle on day 1?
  18. Thank you for your replies. I am so excited about doing our B2B on Breeze. We loved the Cloud 9 Spa on Dream and hope to love it on Breeze.

  20. We booked B2B (5 day then 4 day) on Breeze for our Anniversary next year. We booked spa interior square stateroom, we love Cloud 9 Spa. Will stay in Spa's thermal suite and will not get off ship. We have never done a B2B or cruised out of Galveston. We will turn Platinum on second leg. Will we get perks on first leg or only second leg or next cruise? We know it's not a lot of perks. Also, PVP told me we can't bring 4 bottles of wine for both cruises when we start cruise. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance
