  1. Luggage Valet was available on the Equinox last week. I'd love to know if it's offered this week on the Beyond.
  2. We use a limo service. In November it was $100.45, including a 20% tip. But we get 'meet & greet' service, driver handles the luggage, pleasant ride in nice limo, and an overall superb, relaxed experience. I'm not going to begin a $15k cruise by riding a bus to save $50.

  4. Rooftop Garden Grill for outdoors. Don't miss the pulled pork sliders. They are on the appetizer menu.
  5. Eden for the view. Fine Cut for the food.
  6. My wife loved all the natural light that comes into that area. She never used the area in the master bath.
  7. 11/22/23 and 11/26/23 https://cruiseindustrynews.com/cruise-news/2023/03/celebrity-cruises-launches-two-new-preview-sailings-for-the-ascent/
  8. Mine was the last one available 12 months in advance. None came open prior to sailing. Booked November 2021 for November 2022. $12,400 for the 5-day.
  9. There were GE kiosks at T2 (Princess). No need at T25. Superfast!
  10. I take a bar of Zest with me. First two pics are the guest bath. Other two are the master.
  11. Note the 'Royal Caribbean/Celebrity' pier is not shown on Google maps. It is to the north. Easy walk.
  12. I handled all specialty dining through the Shoreside Retreat Concierge. Didn't prebook anything online. I was skeptical but the butler had all the info and we got our desired 6:00 pm dining times. They save things back for upper level suites. We were in 15106.
  13. I'm on my third one. Still available on ebay. I made sure the replacements were completely correct before finally giving up on the one I got in-country. Original packaging including the worthless mosquito netting.
  14. Thank you for your service! I'm surprised how many Navy people I've met who never served shipboard. Still a pretty good shooting war when I got there in October '70. Not so much when I left.
  15. It was pretty much an Army thing. Infantry, Armor, and Artillery. Arty for me. Get some shipboard time?
  16. Vietnam boonie hat. This one is the real thing (1970-71). Any 'bucket hat' will work fine.
  17. We enjoyed Lumimae. Opened at 12 and ran to 1:30. Everyone wanted to eat at once. We were in upper level suites and were 1st in line on the Beyond. I took it easy on them and just ordered the Luminae burger.
  18. I'm in 7315 on the Alaska sailing that follows. I know it's early in the season but I'm hoping for the best.
  19. I'm interested in the Grand Cayman tendering issue. Looks like you will be in port with MSC Seascape and RCI Brilliance OTS. Seascape can carry as many passengers as the two others combined.
