I just checked my phone and I also have 800-556-8209. Pretty sure that was a missed call. My phone doesn't ring unless I have someone in my contacts and have changed their ringtone to something other than the silent default. I had excellent response via email. We went back and forth trying to have a rollator (from SNG) delivered to the Retreat check-in area. We ended up taking our own. They were most helpful.

At the bottom of the email was: 1-877-738-7328, Option #3 305-614-1334 May be for a specific SSC for the Beyond.

This is what was in our suite (EV).

I thought the L/XL size looked large but they were perfect. Most of the time, a major difference between L and XL is the sleeve length. I have L length arms and these were perfect. An XL is almost always too long in the sleeve for me. I've been wearing the top around the house as a shirt. It is my understanding these are available in three different sizes.

They got right on it. Very professional. As you can tell from the photos, we were still in PE.

Here's what we had on the Beyond.

We made all our specialty dining desires known, requested a bottle of merlot and a bottle of pinot noir in place of the 2 bottles of liquor, and asked that the fridge be filled with O'Doul's and Perrier. I was a little skeptical but all reservations were in place and other requests fulfilled. Once on board, we requested a plate of cookies every afternoon. Our door to the verandah didn't want to open and the butler got engineering right on it. Fixed by sail-away. Pretty good show actually. The butler walked us to specialty dining each evening and made sure we were seated in a prime spot. Couldn't have asked for better.

Ask the butler. He will hook you up. You are King of the ship in that room. My late wife asked the butler for Bloody Mary mix while we were in the Penthouse on the Constellation. He came back 20 minutes later and looking a little flustered. Said he had to scream at a bartender but he returned with a bar sized bottle of the mixer! They really go all out for Royal Suite and above.

Monogrammed PJ's are included.

I booked direct. Sounds like a great deal! We exchanged our two bottles of booze for wine. I don't drink and the wife doesn't do bars. The butler was the one who showed us the secret door. I just acted like I owned the joint and never even got a sideways glance. I usually entered thru the secret door but exited thru the regular door because my hands were full of loot. Half of winning is looking like you belong! I had the butler fix me up with O'Doul's and Perrier. There is a bar in the Retreat Lounge but I don't recall in being manned. Probably because it was early. There was a cork remover in the cabinet. Treat yourself to the room service breakfast. There's an expanded menu and the butler delivers it.

Don't forget your monogrammed PJ's with the Retreat logo!

I would definitely pick a starboard side EV. Here's a pic of that stairway (on the right). Secret door isn't visible but it's between the goodie station and the crewpersons.

The 'secret' door into the Retreat Lounge opened into the hallway. I made it a point to exit 15106 slowly so I didn't collide with anyone. Crew came and went thru there but not very often. Here's a photo from the other side. Just to the right of the crewperson. Made goodie runs easy!

Red path shows how non-Retreat guests get to the fitness center. They can't get into the hallway where the EV's are located. There's a key access door in front on 15102 (I put a dot there). Elevators go all the way up but all the Retreat things are card access. Door in front of 15106 is a backdoor into the Retreat Lounge. It's marked Crew Only but it was never locked. That item up against the aftmost wall of 15106 is a stairwell (key access) that goes up to Deck 16 from the Retreat Lounge.

I never tried to adjust the heat but there was a button and a read out. I think it was set on 34 so must have been C.

Never heard a thing. That area on Deck 17 was a ghost town after dark. The butler will gladly drain and refill. I kept it filled. There are controls for temp, bubbles, and mood lighting. I was overjoyed with the jacuzzi.

Absolute privacy. I loved it!

I used both the Deck 16 stairway to the Retreat from beside the patio of 15106 and the Deck 15 'secret' door into the Retreat lounge from beside the main door. We were in 15106.

Patios are starboard only. Port suffers from being in front of Luminae.

Did that in August. My new bride is now Elite after sailing five whole days. Two bags of laundry!
