  1. I'm from UK. The itinerary sounds really boring to me. If I chose that cruise it would be to experience the ship and not really the ports. I've never chosen yacht club. That's because I think the core ship experience meets what I want from a holiday.
  2. Hey - I think the Butchers cut only option you're looking at is the chefs table. Includes wines.
  3. Hey @Raj.K I haven't been on the Preziosa pre 2019 but if you have specific questions about what you remember I'll tell you what my experience was.
  4. Hey @Raj.K I was on the Preziosa in October last year. So a few months back now. I reckon it'll be as you remember. Although a slightly older ship it's still shiny and pristine. If you liked it before I don't think you'll notice much difference. Passenger volume can make a difference as it does on any ship.
  5. All resolved now, MSC must've loaded all the dinning and carousel shows up until August. At least in UK.
  6. Thanks @LiquidWu tried that and it doesn't work. Appreciate you trying to help though. This is the message I see whether accessed via the app or in the online portal.
  7. Hey @TrustyJ have done that. Everything else has been available to add for weeks but no dinning or carousel shows.
  8. Anyone else having this problem? Would be nice to prebook the carousel shows and maybe buy a dinning experience package.
  9. Hey. In my experience I've never had an upgrade offer before final payment. Maybe they have a lot of vacant cabins available for upgrade.
  10. Ouch. Those prices are higher than what I expected and other posters have definitely quoted cheaper prices. But still good to hear that they are available if you call up.
  11. I have cruises in 43 and 60 days time and no option showing for speciality dinning or carousel shows.
  12. I think its a bit of both. I like the newer ships and from photos anything before the Fantasia class looks a bit dated. That said if the itinerary was right I wouldn't care.
  13. What capacity do you think you're sailing at @elmsliebev ?
  14. I'd agree there current reward system ending at diamond seems restrictive as there's so many people at that level who have shown loyalty.
  15. Glad to know it's not just me it happens to.i wouldn't mind some free extra points nit that being diamond is that much different to being Gold really except a free bottle of fizz and 1 free dinning I know on these forums we seem to love to hate MSC but I really don't think they're customer service is that bad. I was very happy booking some of my cruises how happy they were to negotiate on price.
  16. We're only Gold so want to get to diamond
  17. Yes not being petty but the prebooked stuff was done on my account. In his voyagers account there is no description as to what the points are for.
  18. But hopefully you've got all the points you were expecting.
  19. I'm only a tiny bit jealous but a few weeks ago my partner had 2500 points added to his voyagers account Last cruise was October got a few booked this year. I haven't received any. Anyone else rewarded random points for nothing?
  20. Breakfast in the main dinning room is similar to buffet except less choice and obviously you have a waiter. I ordered breakfast in MDR as it just feels a tiny bit more relaxed. If time is at a premium eg you have an excursion to get to then the buffet is much quicker. I enjoyed it but my partner thought the buffet was better.
  21. Yes at least one of the onboard restaurants will be open for breakfast
  22. Yep they're not showing on either. At least for me.
  23. I'm on a cruise in late April and u can't pre pay for dinning or carousel shows although everything else I'd available
  24. Thanks @ready2cruzagain - I did email MSC not long after booking cruise but they said it was too early to tell them. I'll be sure to mention it onboard.
  25. Do you have to ask for it / order it at guest services or does it arrive automatically? Its partners birthday on our June cruise.
