  1. Yep they're not showing on either. At least for me.
  2. I'm on a cruise in late April and u can't pre pay for dinning or carousel shows although everything else I'd available
  3. Thanks @ready2cruzagain - I did email MSC not long after booking cruise but they said it was too early to tell them. I'll be sure to mention it onboard.
  4. Do you have to ask for it / order it at guest services or does it arrive automatically? Its partners birthday on our June cruise.
  5. Offering a different perspective, fhe core ship experience is good and it really does depend on what you value and your budget. Personally I'd prefer say three cruises a year rather than 2 YC cruises. Depends as well on your itinerary and how much you enjoy spending time in Port.
  6. I've always loved cruising with MSC I like what they offer
  7. On the Virtuosa soon for a 3 night cruise. Do they have the carousel shows on shorter cruises? Nothing shows up available to book and just 56 days away now.
  8. My partner and I are both Gold. We just booked and showed up at the alloted time probably stayed just over an hour. We didn't get charged. We didn't leave our room card either. It's a nice perk and a good way to unwind on a sea day.
  9. Hey @FamilyCruiserUK MSC aren't RCL there will be differences but personally i only sail MSC now. Tbh the results that are likely to come up first in Google will be larger travel sites. You may find that the discount is not genuine. If you have status with RCL status match to MSC. You'll then get a voyagers club discount on bookings.
  10. Sorry to post again about speciality dinning... I always thought the options turned up in the online portal at about the day 60 mark but I'm less than 60 days away now and still no options showing?
  11. Thanks @elmsliebev that's a great price.
  12. I think the speciality restaurant packages open up around the time your cruise is less than 60 days away. Seems odd it hasn't shown up for you by now.
  13. Anyone with an upcoming booking know the current charges for the speciality dinning experiences you can precooked. Know they tend to appear for departures less than 60 days away.
  14. Eataly was swapped for Butchers cut and Hola Tacos isn't on the Preziosa
  15. There's Butchers cut and the Galaxy restaurant.
  16. The speciality restaurants and beverages other than core easy, easy plus and premium tend to come up 60 days ish from embarkation Excursions definitely come up way before then. My furthest away booking is August this year and a full range of excursions was available when we booked in November.
  17. Hey @JamieLogical some passengers (like me) want late dinning. I'd imagine its mainly families that want early dinning. They also gave to accommodate for Aurea anytime guests as on some older ships there is no Aurea restaurant
  18. Because they have to take everyone's preferences and allocate closer to when the ship sails. If everyone requests say early then clearly some folk will be bumped to later...
  19. My partner and I shall sail on our 4th cruise of this year from Hamburg to Svalbard and Norway. Can't wait. We fly into Hamburg on 5 August and sail on 6 August. Does anyone have any good recommendations for a Hotel and I don't suppose anyone knows if a shuttle bus is available or do you have to make your own way to the port and ship?

Where did you read this? On the US site or MSCbook? MSCbook is a travel agents website.
  21. Don't have anything useful to add except those variation in prices are just mind blowing!
  22. Not sailed on Splendida but it's virtually identical to the Preziosa which I have sailed on. Size wise the ship is big enough to be exciting and have places to explore without you ever getting lost. There's a good variety of bars and the club/ restaurant at the top of the ship is a good place to go at night. Even if pretty full passenger wise its small enough that you'll regularly bump into the other passengers you get to know through your cruise.
  23. If you've booked the bella experience then you set your dinning oreference but it won't be confirmed until much closer to your cruise / onboard. This is because Fantastica customers have priority over fixed dinning times and their preferences cant be understood until closer to the sail date (as people boom cabins right up to the sail date).
  24. Hi @michelle028 does it day "sold out" or "not available - were constantly enriching our excursions programe...etc" Sometimes all of the excursions aren't released until c 90-120 days before your cruise. I think it would be unlikely they've literally sold out of every excursion on your cruise.
  25. I haven't been on them. But they're virtually identical from the tours. I would pick based on the itinerary and which dates suits you best.
