    This is not particularly accurate; A pre-cruise dining package can be significantly less expensive than buying once on the ship.

    That is great news, and certainly expected. Just look at the difference between Breakaway and Encore. Live and learn.

    Of course they offer discounts. Just book them before final payment date. You'll be out of luck once you get on the ship.

    Not voting. But I like that NCL is going smaller, rather than bigger like Royal. A few tweaks, and the Prima class will be amazing.

    This is correct based on my experience. Buy the package you want now. The price isn't going down. Certainly not once you board the ship.

    Well, it's pretty obvious as one of the top, locked threads you immediately see. Anyone who smokes needs to follow only this thread.

    That's exciting news! Do you know if there are any differences from the Prima?

    Yes, if you understand the terms. Only one certificate can be used per booking, unless you know about the double, or even triple options. Stay informed, and they are an amazing deal.

    This works for me 100% of the time. As an old computer guy, it amazes me what people don't understand about how things work today. It's kind of scary.

    Definitely do a mock booking and look at available cabins. That's a great indication. Encore is a big ship, and October will eliminate a lot of kids. You'll love it. Encore is a great ship. The weather? That's a crap shoot....

    As others have pointed out, the current price is not going to go down.

    Kids are either great, or they suck. We've experienced both. Certainly, the longer the cruise, the less kids. Good luck.

    Simply take the ferry from Red Hook to Cruz Bay on your own. Hire a driver to take you around the island of St. John. Do not miss Skinny Legs bar.

    To be honest, I'm old. Thongs are flip-flops. I've never seen the current version of "thongs" in real life. 😄
