In our recent experience the OBC part was almost immediate. The credit card piece was 1-2 weeks.

There was some motion when we were moving quickly between ports but, and I am prone to motion sickness, did not find it that bad

I have not visited Egypt on a Celebrity cruise but did in Oct 2022 on Azamara- visa was obtained by ship and no charge to us.

Last fall on Coco Cay there was barbeque and surprisingly good Cuban sandwiches

I wouldnt be so sure 😇 We planned on a one time trip also but really loved Moorea so I'm sure we will be back for another land trip in the future

We were only in Papeete for 1 day before flying home ( we spent a week in Moorea) so did not try the food trucks. My understanding is that they are cash only but again that was almost 2 years ago.

I did not look for an ATM by the market so not sure. I had local currency so did not try to use USD. All prices were in local currency however.

We flew to Papeete on Air Tahiti Nui out of LAX in 2021. If I'm not mistaken, the ATN baggage checkin at LAX did not open until 3 hours before the flight.

We were in Papeete in 2021 and were able to use credit cards at some booths, and only local cash at others, in the market. Jewelry shops took credit cards without issue.

we were on Silhouette last week and the premium internet was overall much improved as compared to previous cruises. DH was able to Zoom for an urgently scheduled meeting and we streamed some other times with minimal to no buffering -
Lobster roll was there on day one lunch of last week's Silhouette cruise, and filet was on the day one dinner menu.

We were able to use email and text and view most websites but did not try zoom. No streaming with what we purchased. We did not pay for the highest speed/data of internet however

Hope you are lucky but we and our sailing companions only received the lower amount- they specifically mention transpacific/trans Atlantic along with repositioning with the 4/5 night rate 😞 -

We did this in Dublin pre- Covid and just let Guest services know. There were no issues- not sure if the process is different post- Covid -
Booking with a private tour guide allows you to see and do so much more than the cruise shore excursions- it does cost more but so worth it. We have toured with Moti Bar-Tuv at travel-israel.info on 2 separate visits and really enjoyed our trips.

We just returned from Athens and highly recommend George's Taxi- we used them for transfers to and from the airport but also for tours. Kostas was our driver for most and was excellent. Not sure whether they can accomodate the size of your group but they were very responsive to email contact.
