I didn't realize I recorded in 4k! I just downsized it. Try it and let me know if it works now. I was wondering why it took so long to upload the first time. I thought it was because I was in the garden. 3seconddownsized.mp4

Funny. We were out on the back deck just a moment ago. As I started reading this a steady strong wind started blowing. Then a downpour. The wind has eased but still raining which is good because the garden needs watered. Radar shows that @Seadog I Greg should be getting this too.

Today was a long day. I was trying to get my plants in before the rain rolls in. Thankfully Kenzie’s family pitched in along with Sharon. Besides being able to get everything planted, we got mulch laid between the beds. Let's hope the rain is not too bad. Some friends brought us dinner tonight and said they heard a hailstorm was supposed to come. 😲

Zone 7b. April 14 or 15 is last frost here. We will have maybe a couple lows in the 40s but 50 and above now until the end of season. The biggest mistake I made last year was being too concerned with acouple days in the low 40s.

Finnley's last dr visit she was in the 98 percentile for height. Also I was reminded we started babysitting in November, not January.

The dog is Millie. She was their "first". DD is allergic to most dogs but found that standard poodles doesn't cause problems for her allergies. Millie gets very excited when we go over. I now have to be extra careful. Millie wants to jump up on everyone.

Is this the area you usually take the pics you post? I don't remember seeing it this crowded. Looks like summer is about to start. I wouldn't mind being on the beach but I bet I would not go into the water yet.

May 2, on Ovation! come join us. Last summer, while visiting Hilton Head, we went on a dolphin watch. They were very active. We had one swim at us and it looked like a missile. When it got to the boat it went under us then popped up on the other side. we had fun.

Wednesday was 8 months old. Time flys. We, mostly Sharon, have been babysitting her weekdays since the beginning of the year while DD works. I know that it is hard to leave pets behind while cruising but starting Monday we will not be babysitting for a month! Finnly's DD will be off the next two weeks then we leave for Hawaii for the two weeks. I bet she will grow in that time.

After our talk of gravy and southern food I was so close to ordering the special of the day I like the meatloaf here to much to pass. The green beans are cooked with brown sugar and bits of ham.

I may need to start scaling down too. I feel great mentally but physically I wear down quickly. I can get after it for about an hour but then need a break. Just starting B12 so maybe that will help. Also I have never been a breakfast guy, except while cruising 😆. I need to start eating earlier for the energy.

I remember while in HS there was a gas station called Clark. Their commercial advertised gas for "one thin quarter and friends that's unique".

I was looking at street view on Google maps. The pics were from January 2019. A local gas station showing regular at $1.85 per gallon. Funny that now when it drops to $3.00 we think wow look at how good gas prices are this week.

That's a nice setup. I really like the work bench. That would come in handy. I'm currently hardening off my tomatoes. I plan to plant them by the end of the week. I am going to wait longer to put out the peppers. When is your last frost date.
