  1. If there is a Concierge lunch, they may attend.
  2. Not every port has a separate boarding line for you. However, I believe the Tampa is 1 port which does.
  3. Celebrity does not assign time; you choose your time when you check in. Suites may board at any time, regardless of which time they choose when they check in. all others are asked to come at their assigned time. They are trying to spread the crowd out and not have everybody show up at once. You may find that they are enforcing the times or you may find that the process is going smoothly and you’ll just be admitted
  4. Reflection and solstice are both S class ships, but they are configured differently. You can easily see this by consulting both of their deck plants.
  5. Even if the OP’s sister could get through to someone in the Celebrity corporate office, they cannot, in the very short time before the cruise, do anything about the laws in Florida, the corporate policy, and all the other impediments noted in this thread.
  6. Check that…tap water on ships contains very little sodium, if any at all. It is a product of reverse osmosis. your Brita filter uses carbon which does not remove salt from water.
  7. Comment—-you understand correctly. Suggestion — resign yourself to paying up charges, switch to beverages below the price allowances(beers? Lesser priced liquors?)
  8. Main dining room not open for lunch on port days. The app should tell you your options all those days.
  9. But some of the porthole views are actually obstructed. Here is the window washing equipment which clearly created the obstructed view designation for my room on edge.
  10. Huh? Illegally prescribed? What is that?
  11. I seriously doubt if any customer service agent you call at Celebrity has the authority to tell you that it’s OK to violate the passenger conduct policy and/or the laws and regulations of the countries involved.
  12. Sorry, I should’ve been more clear. There is no way to pre-book reservations online for the main dining rooms on edge class trips. Once you are on the ships, that’s a different story.
  13. Told by whom? Your travel agent? A Celebrity agent? Were you before or after Final payment?
  14. There is no way to reserve times on E class ships. That would be if you were on an M or S class ship but not on an E. You can switch to any time dining and it looks like you are making reservations but once you are on board, you will find that this was Just an artifact of their booking system and in fact you do not have reservations. It’s a very frustrating thing that Celebrity has not been able to figure out how to fix their program so that those who are booked an E class ships all have open seating and no reservations can be booked.
  15. Others have experienced similar things. There is a serious flaw in the Celebrity system.
  16. Balcony? Isn’t this just a room with a window or is it a suite?
  17. Are you certain that the FDA Approved medications are allowed? Again, here is the policy
  18. The official word is no, she would not be allowed to bring them. The policy is clear. from a practical standpoint, however, since they don’t produce any detectable residue or smoke, it is unlikely that she would ever be stopped from bringing them. this is from the Guest Conduct Policy
  19. Here’s one of the other threads on this….might contain useful information
  20. Have you checked with people on your Roll Call to see if anyone has arranged anything like this?
  21. With the 14th being a Sunday I would expect the points to come in on the 13th but that is pure speculation
