Good morning. Thanks for the FR/Daily @kazu, @richwmn and maps @rafinmd. Rabbit, Rabbit, White Rabbit! No babies here. Endometriosis is an important health challenge for many woman. Yes, my day! I eat a spoonful of peanut butter (chunky) almost every day, for a snack. True quote. I like the meal. Pass on the drink and maybe on the wine. I've been to Florence on a land trip, but not Pisa or Livorno. I'd like to go back with BFF, as he hasn't been to Italy. 3 good days; I love Yellowstone. It started out frosty here a 23F, but it's going up to the 50's, and it's sunny! I slept about 4.5 hours, but had a nap from 4-6 in the recliner yesterday. The leg is feeling pretty good. I have PT early this afternoon. I want to start getting my china and glassware back into the china cabinet over the weekend. @kazu I hope you are having less pain today. @StLouisCruisers Thanks for your photos. @smitty34877 Continued prayers for you and your family. @ger_77 Sorry to hear that Wayne is in the hospital. Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. Happy Leap Day! Any Dailyite Feb 29 birthdays out there? I'll salute Digital Learning and Toast (bread or with a drink). Nice quote. I like the meal. Pass on the drink and yes to the wine if someone is buying. I haven't been to Port Vila. 2 important days in history. It's sunny, but cold (23F). It's 30° colder today than yesterday morning, and with the wind chill 40° colder, due to high winds and a cold front! But 69 by Monday, go figure. I slept about 5 hours, but woke up with some leg pain. Not bad, and it went away when I sat up in bed. Hopefully I don't keep having more symptoms; that was my fear when they couldn't drain/rupture the spine cyst. But I'm grateful for the pain relief I do have. Today more drawer organizing. I hope to hear from the renovator soon, regarding the radiator and cleaning the living room (I won't move stuff back in until it's cleaned). Yesterday morning I got a scare as I looked at my outside camera clips, and someone was walking through my yard at 4:59AM! His head was down looking at his phone, and he seemed oblivious of the outdoor floodlamp that had come on from his motion. I think the was just cutting through, but I need to go out and check the 1 back gate I can't see from inside. Good afternoon. Thanks for the FR/Daily @kazu and @richwmn and maps @rafinmd. 3 good days. I don't like most clothes without pockets. Love the quote. I like the meal. Pass on the drink and maybe on the wine. I haven't been to Vava'u Islands. 3 interesting days in history. Lots of bad weather here. Last night I was so sleepy at 10pm (I'm usually up until 11:30pm). I hadn't slept that well the night before. I think previously that the adrenaline rush from all the pain kept me going on so little sleep. Now that the pain is way down, I don't tolerate little sleep as well. During the night there was tremendous lightning and pouring rain starting around 2AM. I would have loved to just have coffee and stay in this morning, but I had a medical appointment. Luckily, just like yesterday when I went for my haircut, the rain and lightning eased up just when I was leaving home. I only used my cane (more as a just in case) today, and left the rollator in the car. I have some tingling, but little pain (yay). The pain was such a part of my life for 6 months, that it's almost odd not to have it. Temps are due to plunge today from the low 60's to 40's. I wish my rain gauge was still out so I could see how much rain we've gotten the last 2 days. At PT yesterday I did more than I've done in 6 months, but still taking it easy. I did a 6 minute walk test and was huffing and puffing, and felt a bit unsteady. I stopped a couple of times just to catch my breath. A good day in history. It's dark and stormy out, but 58F; raining and a big clap of thunder just now. It looks like night! Of course I have to go out for a haircut soon and I hope it stops. PT later this afternoon. Yesterday after I got back from my medical appointment, BFF came over and got on a ladder to take down my lace curtains in the DR and LR, which were very dusty. Then some window cleaning. We later went out to dinner. I had iced tea and I'm not sure if that's what kept me up until 2AM. So I only got about 4.5 hours of sleep. I have some mild tingling of my leg at times, but not bad. And yay, the GF clock is now working again, without having to call someone to come and look at it! @Nickelpenny Thanks for sharing your cruise on the Amazon. @dfish Sorry to hear of your heating issues. I have been to Beagle Channel. It's a lovely day, 59F and sunny. But then we get rain for the next 2 days. I slept about 5 hours, and fell back asleep for another hour after posting the Cares List. I had a Hematology appointment this morning. I debated whether to take the rollator or just a cane. I did take the rollator. I had some numbness and tingling in the leg, and a touch of pain. Now I'm making my "morning" coffee. @richwmn Enjoy Tasmania. @StLouisCruisers Good news about DS, DDIL and Ren! Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. I'll embrace eating right, as I plan to get back on track starting tomorrow. When I was in so much pain I didn't care, and medicated myself with carbs. That will stop. I do like chocolate covered nuts, except peanuts. I'm not a clam chowder person (not a fish or seafood fan). Good quote. The meal sounds nice and lowcarb as a breakfast. Pass on the drink, maybe on the wine. I haven't been to the port. Paper money is so much lighter than coins. It started out in the 20's this AM, but it's sunny and going up to 46F (currently 36F). I slept about 5.5 hours last night; still can't lay on my back or right side. Then a small victory as I was able to shower without having to sit on the shower chair. I still have some numbness and burning in the leg, but the pain is decreased about 75% (yay)! I still haven't got the GF clock running, but I think one of the chains is off it's winder. I dug up the plans I used to build it, but the last couple of pages are missing. I found someone selling that issue of Woodsmith for $6 online, so I'll order it. I need to know how to get into the clockworks. Otherwise, the server drawers are organized (easy) and today I'll work on the buffet drawers (lots of old linens I don't use, that were my DM's).
