  1. Oops, are you still on speaking terms ?
  2. No rule bending, any posts with names or hinting at Travel Agents will be removed.
  3. I know it's an exciting time but there are several threads running about Queen Anne, can we please leave this one for the maiden voyage cruisers ?
  4. Yes it must be. Which cruise line ?
  5. Thanks for letting us know, was it direct with a cruise line?
  6. I've stayed in Kingham for short breaks, it's a lovely village. That sounds like a great trip but the station is a little way outside the village.
  7. I think most of us could have done a better job !
  8. @4380 I've updated your title to reflect your problem. If you're based in the UK I can move the thread to the UK cruisers board.
  9. Mine was last year but it came from upgrades@cunard.com
  10. Thanks for starting the thread, have a good journey to Southampton and Bon Voyage for Friday.
  11. One of the stickies at the top of this board explains what to do if there is no roll call for your cruise.
  12. The port schedule shows 5.30 https://www.civitavecchiaport.org/cruise-calendar/
  13. A post in this thread should answer your question. The code isn't just for dining, it applies in most areas of the ship. There are usually 2 Gala nights on a 7 day cruise.
  14. Port of Call board would be a good place for that question https://boards.cruisecritic.co.uk/forum/116-northern-europe-baltic-sea/
  15. I have moved the Bergen discussion to a new thread
  16. I've flown into Dublin from Chicago on Aer Lingus, we had to wait for the immigration officer to turn up but I don't remember much of a queue once they were there. Your luggage will be transferred and if you're flying on to Southampton rather than Heathrow you will save a lot of walking and queueing at the other end.
  17. And that's another dress code thread finished. Thank you for your contributions, I'm sure there will be another one along soon.
  18. Only on Smart Attire evenings. I really wish the Dress Code was clear, then we wouldn't need to keep having this discussion. Hopefully the OP had his question answered several pages ago.
  19. Yes, lunch is served in both Grills restaurants on embarkation day.
  20. From the Cunard website - Question Is there a transfer between ships when I am travelling on back to back cruises on different ships? Answer Yes, if you are travelling on back to back cruises and you require a transfer between Cunard ships in Southampton we will arrange this for you if it is on the same day. Full details will be provided on board.
  21. That sounds like a different situation, if the OP is able to book their mother into the QG cabin, she will be able to dine in QG. @e&mcruise I have no idea how this would work but a Travel Agent or Cunard direct should be able to advise. It's good to hear that you want to return to Cunard after your first experience.
  22. Probably shipyard PPE rules
