  1. I can't remember, something with lemon I think. It's a few years old so I'm not sure if it would be on the list anymore.
  2. Sorry to hear that, hope you're feeling better soon.
  3. Sorry I didn't get chance to answer you, we had lunch at The Swan at The Globe. Apart from travelling to and from the restaurant I didn't see much of the city. I tried out the Elizabeth line for the first time and got a bus from Farringdon round St Paul's Cathedral.
  4. Yes, popular excursions may sell out or increase in price before boarding. You can view them and book via the My Cunard link.
  5. That's certainly a way round it, although I guess there's a risk if the excursion is sold out with a waiting list you won't be able to make the new bookings.
  6. I'm not sure I'd call it a ploy, it's called on board credit so you have to spend it on board !
  7. No more at home but I'm hearing that flights are being diverted to Cardiff because of snow at Gatwick
  8. Thanks, we did have a bit of snow overnight. Mr HH very kindly drove me to the station and the train is on time so far.
  9. I can't vouch for them, I've only tried lunch there
  10. The menu says - 7.00am-11.30am Selection of fresh patisserie, the perfect accompaniment to morning tea and coffee
  11. It's not just a coffee shop, it's a full bar as well. They serve complimentary light snacks at various times of day, including lunch platters and a dessert until 3pm.
  12. Nothing here yet but it's supposed to snow during the night. 🤞 the trains can run tomorrow.
  13. Happy Birthday Queen Victoria, enjoy your last evening on board and thanks again for taking us with you.
  14. Glad to hear you're enjoying London, there will be a lot more people watching football tomorrow evening! Bon Voyage to those on QM2 soon.
  15. Beautiful photographs, enjoy the sail home and I hope the cold isn't too much of a shock.
  16. There's a recent thread which might help
  17. On two occasions we've had a different table at dinner in the Grills than we had at lunchtime. The first time we had a phone call from the Maitre D' before dinner asking if we didn't mind moving and the second time our table kept the same number but moved across the room! Both times we were moved to a window so we were happy.
  18. Beautiful picture, I hope Lisbon isn't too unpleasant.
