  1. We don't have afternoon tea very often and sometimes just have a light room service breakfast. Generally portion sizes aren't huge so we can usually manage 3 courses at dinner. Some of the QG a la carte options can be larger.
  2. Found them - https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/the-cunard-experience/sailing-with-confidence/preparing-to-sail/sailings-from-australia
  3. There have been several reports on the P&O board that passengers have had their cruise cancelled with no refunds. They have been told to contact their travel insurance company. There may be different rules for Australian cruising.
  4. Tethering is connecting devices together so they can use the same internet connection. We used Bluetooth to share one package on both our phones. It only works when you're together, not when one of you is in isolation! With tethering and using data in port we wouldn't have needed to buy extra on our 14 day cruise.
  5. You lost me at popcorn 😂
  6. Looks like a lovely day, I hope you're enjoying your visit
  7. Please don't discuss travel agents, it's against our guidelines. Thanks
  8. There was a great deal of difference for us. We found the food and service in the MDR on P&O very poor compared to Britannia on Cunard.
  9. Ours are there for June but showing a Gala night on a Port day so I think it might still be work in progress.
  10. There are no special dining arrangements for suites on P&O so you need to pay extra for decent food at the added cost restaurants.
  11. 😂 I've never had a turkey in my oven ! Enjoy
  12. Just a quick update, I've just had confirmation from our travel insurance company that the payment for cabin confinement is on the way.
  13. If you have any recent (since September) experience of being quarantined on board due to Covid, can you confirm if you received any future cruise credits or other compensation? I know Cunard and P&O UK are now telling passengers to claim from their travel insurance, I wanted to know how other cruise lines are now dealing with confinement. I don't want a debate about the rights and wrongs of testing and quarantine, thank you.
  14. That's not correct, there are plenty of tables for 2 in Britannia.
  15. I didn't order it but it was on the menu for lunch one day on Queen Victoria in September/October.
  16. Room service or snacks from the Lido until dinner.
  17. I've always had one in the past but I didn't get one after our latest cruise. I sent my feedback via email.
  18. This was the original announcement Gary Barlow to join PO Cruises guests for two exclusive charity performances1.pdf
  19. They're not on the prohibited list, the UK website says this - I don't bother taking one, I have very thick hair but it does the job eventually.
  20. Yes, this was in Britannia, it was good enough for me. I don't have many photographs but this was the Rack of Lamb.
