    Congratulations, I hope whatever happened in the Chart Room is repaired soon. It's a very wet morning in Pembrokeshire but it's supposed to clear up later and I'm hoping we'll get a distant view of the Milford Haven fireworks display this evening.

    I think the reason we're struggling to understand it is that's not what happens to the rest of us. I could imagine that perhaps 1 days transactions could be processed incorrectly but not every day. I'd never heard of a Curve card until this thread, I can't help thinking that has added a layer of complexity to the process.

    I'm sorry you have been disappointed so late in the day. How did you book your cruise? I don't think the rules have changed since 2021, it was the case then that if you use a mobility scooter you need to book an accessible cabin.

    There is greater protection with Credit cards in the UK as well.

    The daily charges were probably just holds or pending charges, you won't actually have been charged until the early morning of the day of departure.
