  1. Sorry to have read this as well. I have always enjoyed your posts and I am sure you did not look forward to this posting! Take care Father and I am sure we will be cruising next year!!! 🙂
  2. So very sorry and sad to read this post. This will make two cruises cancelled this year. 😞
  3. Ok, will do. Actually I meant FCC & OBC in my original post.
  4. Thanks for the update Rich. I still read them, however unless I have something to say, I don't reply. Our cruise was cancelled about 3 months ago and we still can't get anyone at HAL to apply OBC to the cruise we booked after our April cruise was cancelled. As most people are in same 'boat', waiting to see if they will cruise in November or not is not the point. I'd think after all this time, it would be an easy process to just apply it to the cruise, but apparently I am asking for too much... Ok, rant time over! Thanks for listening. 🙂
  5. Thanks for the link and it was an interesting story to read.
  6. Yes, finally could get my sisters flight for our November cruise on Southwest airlines. Guessing they will move check in later from the past 11:30 am early boarding on Caribbean cruises.
  7. November 8, 2020 Eurodam - Caribbean 7 days Jody and Suzanne Brown, Janae Doerfler
  8. Thanks Rich for the great service you provide here. Sorry I have not been posting the last several weeks. With no cruises, it is hard to get motivated to read the same recycled threads every day. That being said, we did receive our FCC email yesterday evening and will get it applied to our November cruise. Which, toes crossed, does occur! 🙂
  9. We would be in Cozumel until 11pm enjoying a stroll along the San Miguel plaza.
  10. The people on deck 8 can see you if they really want to. From memory and not looking at my pics, I'm thinking the roof covers about 75% of the deck.
  11. We've been in a corner aft suite on deck 7, three times and 5 once. Deck 7 was best for us. The suite is smaller than normal ones, however the wraparound deck space is tremendous. Also has a good ratio of overhang and blocking the wind.
  12. I would be packing this evening and we would be leaving at 6:00am tomorrow to fly to Ft. Lauderdale for our cruise on Sunday. 😞
  13. Very true and I did not notice the date. Unfortunately, I remember it like it was yesterday.
  14. Thanks for the fleet report. I work from home, so technically I walk to work every day! 🙂 To give you an idea of how much money that saves me, I bought a new car last November - it has 900 miles on it.
