As of February 11, 2022, Air penalties for cancellation of refundable airfares booked through Flights by Celebrity will no longer be waived. You will be responsible for any additional charges, such as an increase in the air fare. If you choose to cancel refundable air arrangements, you’ll receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.   2. I don't doubt that some agencies have rates on AQ without perks. It's just probably not the No Perks or No Perks NRD rate codes as those rate codes T&C don't include Aqua or Retreat. Cruise must be booked May 5 - June 8, 2022 (the “Offer Period”) and applies to sailings 3-nights and longer departing June 1, 2022 to Apr 31, 2024, excluding Galapagos and Alaska cruisetours (the “Offer Cruise”). Promo code not required. No Perk Rate: Cruise fare savings amounts are per person, and vary by sailing length. Sale is not combinable with Always Included. Offer is combinable with Airfare Offer, applicable to all guests in the same stateroom and will be automatically applied at checkout.   3. My guess is that it's just more marketing to support their inflated minimum bid prices. Just like the 25% off "sale" that has been being extended for the last 2 months. Act fast as the "sale" is about to end.
  4. Celebrity could probably reduce their customer service cost by 20% if they would just display the perks included on your "My Reservation" page on your account.

As others have said there is a difference between the messaging integrated into the Celebrity APP which can be used even if you don't have an internet package as the APP uses the onboard wifi and doesn't require access to the internet. Then theirs regular texting services like SMS, imessage and whatsapp. SMS requires phone service so will typically only work if you have stream internet package and WiFi calling enabled on your phone (and you can also make voice calls over wifi). imessage and whatsapp should work fine with surf internet package.
  6. Upgrade fairy passed away several years ago. Now upgrades are managed by the MoveUp bidding process.
  7. CC status will have no impact on your bid. It's all about the $$$.
  8. @BEAV Is correct. You get whatever bev package/wifi/grats (perks) you had with your original reservation. You will have Retreat lounge Luminae and sundeck if available. The difference in gratuities should be charged to your seapass account but often have not been.
  9. Yes I'm sure you will have to request the rate as I doubt it will be offered up as an option.
  10. I suspect that if your sailing is 14 days out and you can no longer modify/cancel the bid that you have been awarded the upgrade. Keep a close eye on your credit card pending charges. Or check your celebrity account for a new room assignment often.

  12. Turns out the pricing the next day was actually a bit better than the reservations I put on hold so it all worked out.

  15. Gary For future reference. Once you get to the fare summary screen where the "lock it in" button is displayed. Just click on the Celebrity logo at the very top of the page. There will be a pop-up which gives you the option to exit or place it on hold. Royce
  16. Yea. I put a booking on hold. If the price is different tomorrow my TA will duke it out with them to reprice my booking.
