Greetings on this sunny Wednesday. On Daffodil Day, our first daffodils in our garden, are opening in honour of the day. Friday is Daffodil Day the official day for the Cancer Society fund raising, collectors will be stationed in busy area of the towns, and at entrances to supermarkets, ......any where lots of people visit. DH and i will be collecting at a supermarket. Monday had an appointment at the Optometrist and yesterday at the dentist. @Vict0riann Wishing you a very Happy Birthday and many many more. @ger_77 hope that you and DH will soon be fully recovered. Sorry to read about your friend Melodie, sending our condolences to you, in the past, did she post on Cruise Critic? Stay safe, take care everyone.

@grapau27 the news item that I read stated that " sewage is affecting beaches in Cornwall, Devon, Sussex, Essex, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Northumberland and Cumbria." and mentioned Whitley. As you often mention that you live in the North East of England, I knew to enquire.

Greetings to all. After returning from the supermarket, thick fog has rolled in, it's a cooler day. A black cat lives at the house in front of us and another friendly one lives next door, he will sometimes supervise me when I'm gardening. @kazu am so sorry that you fell, hope you will heal very soon, I feel absolutely horrified that Shadow escaped from the new foster carer, hope that she will be found very soon. You did your very best for her, as others have said you gave her the best home she has had in her life. Thanks for all the photos of Koper, we have not been to Slovenia. @Cruzin Terri so sorry to read about your neighbour, you would have got a shock to hear the news. Is she receiving Hospice care at home? It's a cloudy day with occasional sunshine, temperature 15 C. This year am a little late, but have now started to prune our roses. Today we have delivered Meals on Wheels to homebound folk, the meals were delivered promptly to the pick up site, we were the first to pick up the containers and head out to make the deliveries. @ger_77 sorry that you have tested positive for the covid, hope that you recover quickly.
