Wow applied Wednesday and got my 2 X $100 benefits for my September and December sails this morning. That is what I call efficient.

We never got an e-mail with an assigned time. It was part of the check in time assigned. When we got there, we were guided to an line to register for the test. Took some time to register my granddaughter and once done the processed took no more than 20 minutes. Took some 15 minutes for my DIL to get the test result on her phone. Then we were allowed to board. the entire length was approximately 1.15 hours from the arrival and to ship. This was out of Bayonne on Easter time on the Anthem. Capacity was at 80% and some 1,200 children.

When I sailed on Mariner in early December the Pinnacles were relegated to the Library.

That's the way I see it. When I book on board I get the $100 OBC and I usually transfer to my TA and take advantage of their promos. In addition, just sent in my application for Sharehodler's Benefits of an add'l $100 in OBCs.

I was charged $100 as solo and $300 for a cabin with 3 Paxs. Also, if I'm not mistaken, you lose the OBC if not converted to an actual sail within a 60 day window.

I wish their telephone system would indicate the wait time. Also, the ability to leave a call back number. ps. Lots of hope and wishes😊😊

Also, the $100 OBC should be reflected on your "Cruise Vacation Receipt" that was provided to you while on board. In the middle of invoice there's a Subject titled "On Board Credit."

I found the C&A desk to be frustrating over the last 6 months. One time I waited for someone to pick up some 1+ hours and finally gave up and called Royal’s Customer Service and got through with minimal wait. the most annoying part of the waiting was not the various promos, but that “someone will be with you shortly. “😜

For those that have taken advantage of this benefit when do you apply. When you book or close to sail date. Got 2 sails this year one in early September and the other in early December—is it too early to apply?

You are not alone. Many on Anthem's easter sail were getting replacements. I replaced mine on th 6th day.

That’s my experience as Allure has not been amped. When I sailed on Oasis and Anthem all I needed was tap my card to get into cabin.

Cabana's perk, and not included in the buffet for lowly Paxs.😁

Yes. When we are in Aruba, we take a taxi to the Hyatt at Palm Beach and walk to the beach. Beaches are free and usually there's an individual(s) you can rent a lounger and umbrella.

Miami Vice--Primarily rum, coconut cream, and strawberry puree. You need a plastic straw as the one they give you on board will break halfway and you'll be sucking air.😁

It was crowded with Anthem and Indy on Easter. Anthem was at 80% capacity and with some 1,200 kids. Never saw shrimps at either Coco Cay or Labadee. Lost my Cuban sandwich at Coco as one of those vultures scooped my sandwich off my plate while I was getting napkins.😜 Sometimes, it looked like a scene for movie "The Birds."

Had the same problem on Anthem Easter sail with getting reservations to North Star. The reservations on the APP supposedly open up at 8AM on port days. Tried the 1st day and message that all sold out. Tried the 2nd and same message. Finally got frustrated and asked the D lounge Concierge for help. He was able to get me reservations on the 3rd day or last port day. Don't know if the APP wasn't working or my slow typing skills.😜 PS. On sea days, there is a charge for the North Star.

That's like the Op paying for something that the Cruise line promised in their correspondence.

Only on board via the APP or go to Boleros when you board and there will be Royal staff taking reservations.
