They do have a way of wording these in order to get the answers they want to justify alterations to the existing norm.

Some people still seem to get them. That’s what I’m asking. Princess still send a full survey to your email account. It is better to get a full survey where you can give feedback on each individual act or excursion etc.

In uk you don’t get the medallion until you embark. You have access to the App (as it is a proper App) once you have booked and most things are done from there including recently, booking shore excursions. Luggage labels are done from the Webb site.

I wish the menus were on the tv. The menus outside the restaurants on Iona were on a screen that took ages to get to the page and then continued much too quickly to see what was on it. Very frustrating.

Yes cocktails and after dinner liqueurs are very limited although plenty of room behind bar to stock the drinks.

I’m sure that many people think so. Your room may have been large as it was an accessible cabin. . Our Deluxe cabin was very narrow. Every time you walked past a person seated on the sofa they had to move their legs. It was also very uncomfortable to sit on. The shower was lovely but the rest of the bathroom was small. The lack of the same drinks in each bar meant you had to hunting to look behind the bars to see if they could serve your drinks. It was very noisy in the atrium. The acrobatic shows in the dome were good but the other entertainment in the atrium was lacking. I would not go back on Iona unless the itinerary was something very special.

It’s because us old timers remember when cruise menus were all set out as individual courses and not combined into fewer as of now. The one thing I’m glad is gone is the silver service of vegetables. They were always a mismatch for the food. Much better plated up and we always ask for extra veggies.

Yes, but this disappeared when the new update is downloaded. But I have read it reappears when you complete the health questionnaire within the three days.

I’ve read the QR code appears once you have filled in the questionnaire 3 days before.

At least it is a proper App and recent improvements have made it better. I think it still has problems on older phones but we have always been good and working well for our next Princess cruise.

I agree with and I often eat vegetarian options. I think the trouble is too many are vegan (especially desserts) which can often lack taste. A main meat and vegetarian menu with a separate vegan menu would be better.

Agree, I just want decent chairs that are comfortable to sit in. On some ships I spend time trying to find a bar that has chairs that are for sitting in rather than for decor.

How long is the 710 set? 3/4 of an hour and you’ll be joining queue at 7.45 near end of peak time?

I thought I recognised the video. It is a nice trip and I think you are right about the lift, the clouds look low in your photos.

Interesting that you are talking about beers having the same problem, I was more referring to wines spirits and after dinner liqueurs.

I mean things like automatic opening doors between areas and drinking bottle refillers etc. Things that aren’t absolutely necessary but are there on newer ships. There wasn’t any cooking programs that I remember and we aren’t into dancing. There is a special dancing room on Arcadia I believe called The Retreat.
