    I called yesterday trying to add it and after waiting for about 30 minutes was told my booking was not eligible since it was a casino offer. Then why is there a banner add on "my bookings" page for the cruise!?! HAL really needs to get better web content management. -Paul

    Hi- 29 days until sailing on the K-dam on 05-07-22 from Vancouver. We have a GTY VH on a casino offer. I'm assuming the Upsells ad GTY assignments still start about 10-14 days out? Thanks, Paul
