  4. Anthem to Dubai Oct 23rd cancelled About Your Upcoming Travels Dear Guest, We have all been closely monitoring the unrest in the Red Sea and were hopeful everything would settle down. Unfortunately, due to security risks and with the safety of our guests and crew top of mind, we’ve made the difficult decision that Anthem of the Seas will instead have to transit around the southern tip of Africa. As a result, our October 23rd, 2024, sailing onboard Anthem of the Seas has been cancelled. We’re truly sorry for the impact that this has on your vacation plans. The time and effort you took to plan your cruise is important to us, so we’ve put together some alternate options that we hope will work for you and those in your party. Option 1: Rebook our Voyager of the Seas 14-Night Rome to Dubai Voyage, sailing on November 3rd, 2025 Sailing from Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy and debarking in Dubai, United Emirates and visiting: Naples, Italy | Athens (Piraeus), Greece | Suez Canal (Cruising) | Aqaba, Jordan | & Dubai, United Emirates What you’ll receive: Your original stateroom category price will either be protected at your original cruise fare rate or reduced to the current cruise fare rate (whichever is lower). This excludes taxes, fees, gratuities, and other non-cruise fare items. If you were already paid in full and your cruise fare rate decreases, we’ll provide you with a refund for any difference in pricing. To sweeten the offer, you’ll receive a credit to spend onboard per stateroom: $100 USD for Interior, Ocean View, and Balcony staterooms | $200 USD for Suites Plus, an additional $50 USD for each third or more guest to spend onboard. And, you’ll also be reimbursed for non-refundable, pre-purchased transportation change fees incurred (such as a flight, train ticket, or rental car). We’ll cover up to $200 USD (£161) per guest for Domestic changes, or up to $400 USD (£321) per guest for International changes. Please email their receipts and booking information to RoyalGuestRelations@rccl.com for review. Include the following information in your email: Booking ID, Anthem 10/23/24, Guest Name, and the last four digits of the preferred card. Option 2: Re-book any other Royal Caribbean International sailing If you prefer to re-book another sailing, we’ll waive any non-refundable deposit change fees. Please know, you’ll be responsible for any difference in pricing for your cruise fare, taxes, fees, gratuities (where applicable), and other non-cruise fare items. If your booking was already paid in full and your cruise fare rate decreases, we’ll provide you with a refund for the difference. And, you’ll also be reimbursed for non-refundable, pre-purchased transportation change fees incurred (such as a flight, train ticket, or rental car). 5. Not cheap. £2900 for a balcony solo including C&A discounts
  6. 150% of a deposit isn't much in Europe as our deposits are a lot lower than US. Final payment isn't until July so they have plenty time to decide. Myself and LB know about cancellations as we had plenty during civid
  7. Not sure if this has been mentioned Quantum cancelled the Vancouver to Hawaii cruise on October st '24. Now available to book Seattle to Tokyo and Tokyo to Singapore as it's due a refit. I was going to book the Hawaii one as a back up to Anthem Rome to Dubai. Lucky I held off Tokyo to Singapore looks a good cruise.
  8. Doubt if it's a scam. I usually give it a couple of days before I call
  9. Ive got St Thomas, St Kitts and St Maartin and on the 25th I have St Nicholas
  10. Just glad I have plenty time and have nothing booked. I'm going back on Freedom. I am on Voyager Ta and the 4 night after then was going to drive down to get on Oasis. Saves me a drive I suppose
  11. Looks like a change of plan. It was cancelled so I changed to Oasis in November. About Your Upcoming Travels Dear Guest, We recently communicated to you about the unfortunate cancellation of your upcoming 2024 sailing onboard Freedom of the Seas. This was due to a dry dock we had to schedule, but we’ve got some good news – we were able to adjust our scheduling and your previous sailing will be made available again! We understand you’ve already selected from the three options we provided in our last communication, but we want to let you know that if you’d like to return to your previous sailing on Freedom of the Seas, we’ve got you. Please see the below options we have for you, depending on what you chose back in July. If you previously chose to move to a select sailing: You are welcome to remain on your current sailing. Or If you’d like to return to your previous Freedom of the Seas sailing, we’ll move you back to a like-for-like stateroom and protect your pricing at your previous cruise fare rate or reduce it to the new cruise fare rate (whichever is lower). This excludes taxes, fees, gratuities, and other non-cruise fare items. If your booking was already paid in full and your cruise fare rate decreases, we’ll provide you with a refund for the difference. You can expect to receive your refund to your original form of payment within 14 business days after we move you. Kindly note, refund times may vary depending on your financial institution. 12. I think yous might have broken a few records. Shortest between distance ports and quickest time I'm sure someone on here will know
  13. They cancelled Patagonia cruise for Feb '25 on Equinox as well.
  14. With the price of a cabana on CoCo Cay and the new New York Supper Club on Icon at $200pp money is out there. Until people stop buying, prices will keep rising Better to have 10 people paying $200 than 2000 people paying 1$
  15. 2014 I done Adventure from Miami to Southampton and Indy to Fort Lauderdale in November
  16. I just cancelled Serenade Panama Canal due to cost of flights. Edinburgh to Miami then Lax to Edinburgh. I would be cheaper jumping in a box and posting myself. I've booked Jewel b2b Quebec to San Juan instead, Total price is the same
