Wondering if the wifi to run the RCI app and use messaging feature is available on those two private islands. Trying to go the whole week without purchasing internet or paying outrageous prices to use my cell service on a cruise, but would like to stay in touch with others in my group while in port.

Unknowingly went on a Yeshiva week cruise, no issues except that I think the pool side restaurant was closed for exclusive use (it was their Kosher kitchen)

my app was just updated today I think, the order I have is welcome, Italian, French, Mexican, Carib, Royal, Bon Voyage/Med. This is a 7 night Eastern Carib.

has anyone used the RCI chat app while onboard to keep in touch with everyone in your party? I think it is $3 a day? I saw this on a youtube video but it really isn't mentioned anywhere on the RCI website

It was in the app for my spring cruise but I don't think it is final as lobster wasn't showing up on any of the 7 nights

yeah the Italian menu looked very underwhelming. But I just posted in another thread that I was seeing MDR menus in the app for March and it doesn't match up to what is posted here

I just looked in app for 7 day in March and saw the MDR menu didn't have any lobster night. Also it closely resembles some of the menu posted but not exactly. There is no Indian dish on it and the Vegan selections are in a separate section Maybe it is too early and still working kinks out on the menu on the app? -
I would prefer that to the Italian night menu

It's weird, the chef's recommendations appear on the regular menu section for the first night only, after that the chef's recommendation is "stand alone"

we sailed during Yeshiva week, only thing I noticed was that the dining area by the pool was unavailable and had been converted to a kosher kitchen. Maybe 30-40% on board were there because of Yeshiva week.
