  1. Yes, I do recall there being a stir-fry station in the OVC. As well as a pasta station.
  2. I had to laugh when I read this...I had the exact same reaction while on my sailing in August. I left the theater to get a couple of drinks and stopped there for a gin and tonic...nope!🍸 I trust you enjoyed dinner at Murano's? Was certainly our favorite meal of the trip!
  3. We did the ship's excursion to Berlin on our Baltic cruise a number of years ago. It was a very long day with the 2.5 hour bus ride each way, but our guide was outstanding and we enjoyed it very much!
  4. I like their menu also...do they have heaters up there is it is cool?
  5. Hope your spill doesn't impact the rest of your trip! Glad to hear the talks are lending to your sleep schedule! 🤣
  6. It's no Old Style eh...?? 😉 Look forward to your continuing review....
  7. We did both LPC and Murano on our Eclispe sailing a couple of weeks ago. While LPC was fine, it did not compare to the selection and quality of Murano. We had the Murano Lobster as well as the strawberry and ice cream crepes, both prepared table side...they were outstanding!
  8. We did this cruise back in 2012. Stockholm was our favorite! I would suggest Tuscan Grill for dinner to enjoy the sail out from Stockholm...it was incredible! Have a great cruise!
  9. We were on the August 4th sailing. I don't recall the house band's name, but Simon was the cruise director. I hope you can enjoy the same weather we had...no rain the entire week! It was fantastic!
  10. I trust you had a good experience with them? We have booked two tours with them next June.
  11. No, the prior sailing is an 8 night Fjords cruise. I don't know why we depart so late, but I guess it gives us some more time in Dublin! 🍺🍺
  12. I wondered the same thing, until I saw that we do not depart until 9:45 pm. I would assume that the 4:00 time is very conservative and boarding would begin somewhat earlier.
  13. Be sure to join in over on the roll call...pretty quiet thus far. My wife, son and I are planning on spending 5 nights or so before the cruise to tour Ireland. We are also heading off the Alaska next week on the Eclipse. Looking forward to seeing Vancouver, our previous Alaskan cruise was out of Seattle. Celebrity for oceans and AMA for rivers have been our go to lines....
  14. That's tough! We never fly over the day of sailing. We can't sleep on an airplane, so we know the first day in Europe is messed up as we will go to the hotel and sleep awhile. My suggestion would be to spend an extra day and book a hotel...then the day of sailing (since the ship departs late), you should consider a local tour guide to see the sights. I have had tremendous success using tours by locals. I will be on the Reflection next June 5th, when is your sailing?
  15. Yes! Highs only in the 60's and 70's over the next couple of weeks....hoping that continues through early August!
