The dry dock added nothing but slides. We were on b3b before dry dock. If prices are any where similar, I would go w/ Symphony. Explorer is a bit worn.

2. Any need to check dining table like on Royal?
3. Can specialty dining be made all at one restaurant or each one individually?
4. Are boarding times strickly enforced?

Without using a TA you will always pay more, not be offered all of the available cabin choices and book without a professional who has a relationship with the cruise lines. (No, I'm not a TA.)
We love insides. We get everything that others get up to a JS and are able to cruise much more often. Like others, if our D+ balcony is close to the inside rate, we do a balcony. Happens often enough to keep us happy.
