    Refunds for a cancelled flight were always available, might be "store" credit but it was refunded.

    The officers were trying but these Diamonds "know" them from being repeat guests. No one else was able to interact without them bringing the attention back to themselves. Very easy to see why officers would see these events as uncomfortable

    Except when there is 100 Diamonds, the officers can escape from "that" guest. I have been at a couple very small Diamond events and I swear the Cruise Director and Captain were about to fake an emergency to escape some Diamond guests who demanded their full attention.

    It will be open by then. There are millions of dollars on ships waiting to move in and out of that port. They don't care about cruise vacations but they care about that cargo. Once the site is cleared by investigators, the debris will be removed. If the cargo ships can leave, cruise ships can also.

    If the ship is able to continue to use Baltimore as a home port after the area is rendered safe for passage, there is no change.

    Except they haven't announced some of these cruises are being cancelled. They don't know. Once the cargo ships get moving , cruise ships will be able to dock.

    No good deed goes unpunished. Their generosity in other situations where the circumstances where outside of their control creates this situation.

    Considering they don't get $16 per person, they get a contracted amount and that $16 pp goes into the housekeeping pool and then split to cover people who are assigned to the common areas. They are also part of "Your Housekeeping Team" .

    You are correct. The ship also declined to say what that amount was but close to the end of the cruise, they hit their target.

    My Platinum status was granted on a linked B2B and I was Plat on the first cruise.

    If your Diamond Day falls on the day before debarkation (or prior), you will become Diamond at embarkation. It will be reflected on your Boarding documents after check in but may not be on your Carnival.com account until after sailing.

    If you remove the prepaids, any gratuities given in cash to your room attendants and wait teams will be turned in, not kept, and they will receive their normal share from the pool. They only get to keep extra when the prepaids are paid. The evening dining room waiters also work breakfast/brunch/lunch and Lido
