That’s great to know, thanks Arizona!!!

I looked thru the topics and couldn’t see this addressed. Apologies if it has been! Does anyone know the charges for laundry over item as opposed to the packages? Going on a 14 day cruise we will need laundry done more than once. The 40 piece package seems too much, and its only a single time. Likewise the 20 piece seems to be too little. Any thoughts or prices for laundry done out of the packages? Is that even possible? thanks much!

If you're a frequent Silversea passenger, read this!

Yes MSC is Mediterranean shipping company. You can see their shipping containers everywhere. Very successful company. I have sailed on the the Splendida in the Yacht club twice and it was just lovely. The only problem is that the vessels are huge and we pretty much sequestered ourselves in the one area. I understand that this smaller ship foray into exploration longer cruises is to compete in the market. -

How Busy are MSC Divina and Seashore right now?
spinnaker2 replied to scottamemnon's topic in MSC Cruises
At the cdc website there are a lot of cruise lines with covid cases high enough to warrant investigation, i.e., orange. There are approximately 86 vessels with covid. The seashore is listed as orange status. The data is only current as of May 5th. -
Thanks for the info!!! Looks great

Mysty et al Can you tell us about the differences, if any, in the cruise experience today as compared with the cruise experience pre covid, other than the obvious of distancing and mask wearing etc? From some of the posts, it appears that the wearing of masks is being ignored by a good number of people aboard and that there are other inconsideracies or boorish behaviors on this cruise. I can recall seeing some unpleasant and rude behaviors on other cruises before covid, but for some reason the posts seem to indicate that what you are experiencing is different in some way… Just wondering.

We had water like that today, and waterfront property at the casa. I learned we don’t have a watertight door on one side of the garage and in spite of my valiant efforts to stem the tide, with some sandbags, the water found its way inside. The newly formed lake outside the door sought to expand its tributaries, it succeeded. Fifteen inches of rain will inundate anything. This was the first storm of the hurricane season. The tempest was named Agatha when it was in the Pacific and then once it crossed the isthmus into the Gulf of Mexico, it was to become Alex. The transformation is still yet to happen and is predicted to occur sometime after the storm reaches the Atlantic. It takes a lot of energy to become a totally new gender.
