Please have guest enter a claim for the lost item at https://www.chargerback.com/support.asp Right upper corner click on Report Lost Item, and follow the few steps. It is super simple. Once claim is created we merge it with our record. The guest will have different shipping options to choose from, paying directly to the shipping company on the same website.
